Horrible news former Wisconsin Badgers football RB coach Gary Brown passes away and a look at the PWO class for this year's football team Apr 12, 2022
    Show notes

Tragic news as former Wisconsin Badgers football running back coach passed away at the age of 52. Players and co-workers took to twitter to express their sadness and grief over the news. Brown was the running backs coach for the Badgers during the 2021 season and had previously coached for the Dallas Cowboys. Demarco Murray was among many players that expressed his gratitude to his former coach.

Wisconsin's official football recruiting twitter account announced the signing of several PWOs for the 2022 football class. While these players signed awhile ago, the official announcement allows us to dive into the film room and point out why this group of PWOs could be special. Specifically guys like Luna Larson, Cam Fane and Devin Magli look like potential steals for the football program.

Locked On Badgers also takes a look at the former PWOs set to play big roles for this year's football team. The pipeline of PWOs is significant at Wisconsin and it gives the football program a considerable advantage. We look at John Torchio who may start this year in the secondary, Amaun Williams who is carving out a role for perhaps next year and Brady Schipper who might be the 3rd back this season.

Wisconsin Badgers Basketball review of last year's transfers and 6 now or never football players including former 5* Logan Brown. Apr 09, 2022
    Show notes

We look to this year's basketball transfer market by reviewing how Greg Gard performed in last year's cycle. How did Chris Vogt and Jahcobi Neath actually work out and we jump into Neath's surgery. Does Neath get a pass for this year's season with all of his injuries?

We also talk about six Badgers football players who need to make a move this season or potentially lose their spots. We discuss Spencer Lytle and Maema Njonmeta and how the young ILBs are pushing them. We discuss the DE position and why Issac Townsend needs to make a move.

Offensively Julius Davis needs to carve out his spot in the RB room right, what to make of young WRs Dean Engram and Stephen Bracy -- and the big questions around former 5* LT Logan Brown. Is this the last opportunity for Brown to carve out a spot and which players are hot on his tail?
