Ep. 43 - Not All Who Are Alone Are Lonely Dec 13, 2022

    Episode Notes:

Loneliness is the state of distress or discomfort that results when one perceives a gap between one's desires for social connection and actual experiences of it. Even some people who are surrounded by others throughout the day—or are in a long-lasting marriage—still experience a deep and pervasive loneliness.

36% of adults in the United States feel lonely frequently or all the time.

Simple Reminders When You Have Lonely Feelings:

    • Find the silver linings in spending time alone.
    • Spending time with just yourself allows you the opportunity to cultivate a deeper relationship with yourself.
    • Remember to not take your loneliness personally.
    • Release the negative judgements or stories out there related to you being alone.
    • Remember no feeling is final. The feeling of loneliness is not permanent.

Ep. 37 – What We Think About Manifesting Nov 01, 2022
    Show notes

Follow us @MichelleMaros and @Peaceful_Barb and share your experiences with us @BarbKnowsBestPod or at www.michellemaros.com/podcast.

    Episode Notes:

The Mistakes We Make When Manifesting

    • Being too forceful and attached to what we are trying to make happen.
    • You have to connect, visualize and feel what you want to unfold and then trust the process

    • Setting yourself up and going too big.
    • Start small and with the subtle so that you can start to see the wins that you are achieving.

Our minds have remarkable power over the body. Visualization helps up strengthen that connection.

    Steps to Visualization:

  • Get clear and tap into your desires, wants and beliefs.
  • Be observant of your thoughts and make sure they are in alignment with what you want.
  • Be the energy you want to attract.
  • Let go of the attachment to the outcome, lean back and be present in the moment.
  • Remember to believe even when you are at the final hour.
