    Let’s Get Naked

Let’s Get Naked isn’t about getting naked physically.

It’s about stripping away the excuses, the ego, the victim stories, the BS we’ve all been dragging around, and taking an honest look in the mirror.

Every week, Anne Karber sits down with incredible guests—and occasionally goes off on her own—to tackle the conversations most people avoid. Emotional maturity. Relationships. Success. Failure. Trauma. Politics. Parenting. Addiction. Leadership. Money. Fear. Identity. Personal responsibility. Nothing’s off limits.

If you’re looking for polished interviews full of rehearsed talking points and inspirational clichés…you’re probably in the wrong place.

If you’re ready to laugh, get uncomfortable, challenge your own thinking, and maybe realize you’ve been making your own life harder than it needs to be…welcome.

    Around here we believe:

    • You can disagree without becoming enemies.
    • Your triggers are teachers.
    • Your past explains you, but it doesn’t excuse you.
    • Personal responsibility is freedom.
    • Fixing your own shit is one of the greatest gifts you can give everyone around you.

Some episodes will make you laugh.

Some will punch you in the emotional face.

The best ones usually do both.

So pull up a chair, leave your ego at the door, and…

    Let’s Get Naked.

Disclaimer (Because Apparently We Need One)

    Let’s get a few things straight…

I’m not a therapist. I’m not a psychologist. I’m not a psychiatrist. I’m not your life coach. I don’t even play one on the internet.

I’m just a curious human who has spent a ridiculous amount of time fixing my own shit, talking to fascinating people, asking uncomfortable questions, and occasionally saying the quiet part out loud.

This show is full of stories, opinions, observations, questionable analogies, wildly inappropriate laughter, and an unhealthy amount of oversharing. If something resonates, awesome. If it inspires you to look at your own life a little differently, even better.

But this podcast is not therapy, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or permission to text your ex.

If your life is genuinely kicking your ass, please go talk to someone who’s actually qualified. Asking for help is badass.

Also, the opinions shared here belong to us, our guests, and whoever was brave enough to sit in front of the microphones that day. They don’t represent our employers, sponsors, families, neighbors, or anyone else who’d probably prefer plausible deniability.

    Now that we’ve handled the grown-up stuff…

    Take what serves you.

    Leave what doesn’t.

And for the love of all things holy…

    Fix your shit.

    Show notes

What if your “daddy issues” were never really about your dad? In this raw and eye-opening episode, Casey Morgan gets brutally honest about the hidden patterns that keep women stuck in toxic relationships—chasing validation, mistaking pain for love, and calling it “healing.” From checking her ex’s bank accounts to realizing how saying yes to others meant constantly saying no to herself, Casey opens up about the messy middle of self-worth, codependency, and recovery.

You’ll hear how the fear of being alone can twist your choices, why your relationships are mirrors of your wounds, and how to finally cut the emotional cords that keep you repeating the same story. If you’ve ever loved someone more than you’ve loved yourself—this one will hit home. 💔✨

Casey Morgan is a mom of three who’s been working alongside Anne Karber, host of Let’s Get Naked Podcast, for more than 20 years — which means she’s seen (and survived) just about everything. Life Hack Playbook: The 69 Initiative Oct 27, 2025
    Show notes

Ever been in an argument where both sides swear they’re right? Welcome to The 69 Initiative—a radical mindset shift that changes how you see people, problems, and the world. What if life isn’t about proving your 6 is right—but realizing someone else’s 9 might be, too?

In this thought-provoking mini-sode of Let’s Get Naked, Anne explores how our perspectives are shaped by experience, identity, and empathy—and how learning to “switch spots” can heal relationships, bridge divides, and open minds. Using her signature wit and real-world insight, she breaks down how to:

    • Stop arguing from your own point of view and start listening to others
    • See life through multiple lenses (like a disco ball—everyone’s reflection matters)
    • Build emotional intelligence and curiosity instead of defensiveness
    • Practice radical empathy without losing your truth

If you’re tired of the noise, cancel culture, and endless online shouting matches, this episode offers a refreshing reminder: Before you argue your 6, ask yourself if someone else’s 9 is just as true.

Just like a pickpocket uses distraction to steal unnoticed, Anne explains how politics, race, religion, and constant outrage have become tools that divide and distract us while our shared humanity is quietly slipping away. She emphasizes that the real answer isn’t louder arguments but deeper human connection—eye contact, conversation, and kindness in everyday life. With raw honesty and urgency, Anne calls listeners to “wake up” and recognize the manipulation at play, reclaim accountability, and rebuild unity by choosing connection over division.

    Show notes

In this powerful minisode of Let’s Get Naked Podcast, we explore the critical difference between community and isolation, challenging the cultural glamorization of hyper-independence. Anne shares a heartfelt call to action, reminding listeners that humans are wired for connection, support, and accountability, not to “go at it alone.” Together they discuss how unresolved triggers, self-protection, and digital distraction erode authentic relationships—and how intentionally reaching out, checking on your people, and accepting help can pull both giver and receiver out of isolation. With candid personal stories and practical encouragement, this episode reframes real strength as leaning on your tribe, showing up for others, and making connection a non-negotiable part of life.
