The Incriminating Classified Documents Voice Memos Recorded by Trump Attorney Evan Corcoran Jun 07, 2023
    Show notes

One of Donald Trump's lawyers - Evan Corcoran - recorded a voice memo about his representation with Trump in the classified documents case. The recordings provided insight into Corcoran's first meeting with the ex-president last year when he advised Trump to comply with the Justice Department subpoena seeking the return of all classified materials in the former president's possession. Glenn says the recordings hold important evidence for Special Counsel Jack Smith to use against Trump during his inevitable upcoming trial. Then Glenn explains there are other reasons to make this type of recording. It's possible Evan Corcoran may need them to defend himself against false accusations from Trump.

Georgia D.A. Fani Willis Broadens Her Case to Include Washington DC and Other States Jun 06, 2023
    Show notes

Federal prosecutors claim they have a recording of Donald Trump acknowledging that he kept and shared a classified military document about Iran. Glenn wonders how the D.O.J. can avoid indicting him and expect others to keep our nation's secret documents - a secret? Then, Glenn gives us three legal stories. First: the recording of Donald Trump discussing a classified military document on Iran is missing according to his lawyers. So what happened to that document? Second: Georgia D.A. Fani Willis has now broadened her case to include Washington DC and several other states. Does this mean new and bigger charges are coming? And third: former Vice President Mike Pence will not be charged in the discovery of classified documents at his Indiana home according to the Department of Justice. Glenn points out the big differences between Trump and Pence as far as classified documents in their possession. One of them did it by accident - the other on purpose.

Next recap story is about the planned "Pardon Palooza" with Trump and DeSantis promising if they are elected they will pardon all J6 convictions. Then, Glenn puts together the many new nuggets of evidence that the Department of Justice is gathering on the Mar-a-Lago classified documents case.
