Glenn tells us he has now testified to the House Judiciary Committee, but things didn't work out for Judiciary Chair Jim Jordan. Next Glenn talks about the Republican billionaire mega donor Harlan Crow who has been lavishing expensive gifts and benefits to Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas. Crow wrote a letter saying he is refusing to cooperate with Senate Democrats for information on what gifts he has given to Justice Thomas. Glenn explains why his plan to stonewall them won't work.

Next he talks about a surprising interview with Trump's former Attorney General. Fox News host Geraldo Rivera asked Bill Barr if Donald Trump is fit to be in the White House and shockingly - Barr told the truth. Then wrapping up the legal recap - Glenn points out the many crimes of Rep. George Santos now that he has finally been indicted and he gives CNN grief for giving Trump a platform on their Town Hall. For the reform this week - we return to the idea of how to approach timely accountability as far as the Department of Justice pressing charges against famous or wealthy criminals with no delays. And finally a listener writes in and it prompts Glenn to give a story from his college years then he explains how he learned that failure can actually be a good thing.

He complained the judge was being unfair by limiting the scope of questions he could ask. Then Glenn talks about the fate of 5 Proud Boys who are charged with various crimes in connection with the January 6th riots. They jurors who are still deliberating sent a note to the judge asking about the seditious conspiracy charge. Glenn explains even if the jury is hung - they will get another trial and another chance to flip on other insurrectionists.
