The Amazing Spider-Man 2 (2014) | The WORST or BEST Spider-Man? Nov 12, 2021

Show notes

This week we watched the second and last installment of the Andrew Garfield Spider-Man franchise. Our main question. Was this worse than Sam Raimi's Spider-Man 3? We'll let you decide, but I'm pretty sure Jamie Foxx's gap in his teeth can give you an answer. Harry Osbourne is super Emo. Max Dillon is cartoonishly ugly. Emma Stone is FOINEEEE. Andrew Garfield is the COOLEST Spidey and overall, this movie is romantic and funny. CHECK IT OUT BADDIES. Army of Thieves (2021) | Safes are Sexy Nov 05, 2021

Show notes

THIS MOVIE WAS SO GOOD! Did not expect to like this film due to the fact that there are practically no zombies present, but we did not care! What a great heist film. With Zack and Deborah Snyder producing, and Matthias Schweighöfer directing and starring as Sebastian (AKA Ludwig Dieter), Army of Thieves delivered a fun comedy/romance/action thriller. Show notes

Baddies! Halloween is among us and we have finally made it to our very last horror film for the spooky season. We review Christian's FAVORITE SCARY MOVIE EVER, Hereditary (2018), an A24 film directed by none other than the talented Ari Aster. We dive DEEP into this film and discuss all of the subtleties that you may miss if this is your first watch of the movie. Christian geeks out as he breaks down scenes while Alejandro is on the verge of imploding from residual fear throughout the episode. ENJOY BADDIES! ICBTB‘s Highly Irrelevant | Matt Mulks (Moneybag Matt, Chunky Smalls) | Fat Kid Problems Oct 26, 2021

Show notes

MONEYBAG MATT IS IN THE BUILDING! Or Chunky Smalls, whatever you wanna call him. This week we are joined by comedian, masseuse, ex-bouncer, and gym manager, Matt Mulks! Alejandro isn't feeling well and so Alan Boo takes his place (he was missed.) We talk about fat kid problems, and how growing up fat affected our childhood. We talk about romantic preferences and boosting our confidence. Alan is forever ripped and treats his body like a temple. Christian is saggy and treats his body like a homeless shelter. Matt is too confident, doesn't like white girls, and thinks he is an 8.7 out of 10. WE RAP AFTER THE EPISODE SO STICK AROUND and we also talk about Squid game ( 26:17-32:27) and do an improv scene about a zombie apocalypse in a mall. Babadook (2014) | Karen Kerr & Melissa Lopez | The Girlfriend Episode Oct 22, 2021

Show notes

BADDIES! This week we watched the Babadook and our lady friends, Karen Kerr and Melissa Lopez, join us to talk about the film! Alejandro thinks the movie is more sad than scary and also does a fantastic impression of Samuel, the annoying child from the movie. Christian is scared to say Babadook three times. Melissa fell asleep during the movie, and Karen has an interesting theory about why the Babadook haunts Amelia. The Ring (2002) | Yo, F*** This Movie Oct 15, 2021

Show notes

This movie was PRETTY SPOOPY! But not as spoopy as we remember, however, the concept is still great and the visuals are still very creepy. We find out there's a Ring vs. Grudge movie (very similar to the Freddy vs. Jason concept but it's only in Japanese). This movie has lots of horses in it and we conclude that Aidan, the kid, is in fact not a kid but actually just a little man that's tricking us into thinking he's a kid. We think Samara poses her victims after she kills them and we ponder if this could be made nowadays.
