We also dive into how some people feel excluded from the intuitive eating community (& why we want everyone to feel welcome) and also touch on the fear that full permission to eat will lead to more out of control eating. More on Brianna: Brianna Campos is Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of NJ. Her background is in working with college students and in eating disorder recovery. Today, she works as an in-home counselor for youth between the ages of 4-21. She is also an adjunct professor -teaching Intro to Eating disorders at St. Thomas Aquinas. Brianna is passionate about helping people improve their self-esteem and body image.
