Have you ever asked yourself what sports network executives think about when they hire their talent? How absurd is that individuals like Urban Meyer can disgrace a franchise not to mention what transpired in his last two stops at Florida and Ohio St. An individual's past doesn't seem to matter to sports networks. I use Ray Lewis as an example when he was hired at ESPN. I then go over Matt Barne's troubling past and ask how on earth is he coveted by broadcast companies! Have you asked yourself what made Aqib Talib so attractive to Fox Sports and Amazon Prime? The answer to these questions is a troubling one, but I get into it on today's episode!

As the Kings prepare for the upcoming season talk continues from fans and some media regarding GM Monte McNair's contract status. He is entering the final year of his deal. In an exclusive interview with the Sacramento Bee, Team owner Vikek Ranadive was quoted as saying " I think right now the focus is: Let's win". He is 100% correct. Win and McNair will get a new deal! No need to rush into a new contract for the GM now.
