Grant's Rant: 10-26-21 A Disinterested Marvin Bagley Oct 26, 2021

Show notes

Things can not be easy for the Kings Marvin Bagley. He has fallen out of Luke Walton's rotation and wants to be traded. It isn't a good look at games though when the 4th year man out of Duke looks completely disinterested. He is very distant during timeouts etc....just not a professional look!

Episode 112: NBC's Ridiculous Hiring Of Matt Barnes Oct 26, 2021

Show notes

On this episode I point out the ridiculous hypocrisy of NBC Sports , particularly NBC Sports California. NBC is ok hiring former NBA player Matt Barnes for the Sacramento Kings pre/post game shows despite his many arrests and violence, but they condemn all lives matter. I give many examples of NBC's hypocrisy!

Grant's Rant: 10-25-21 Kings Need The Real Fox Oct 25, 2021

Show notes

After a big opening night win in Portland the Sacramento Kings lost both games this past weekend. On Friday the Utah Jazz were too good down the stretch and last night the Golden State Warriors put 119 on the board. In both losses DeAaron Fox was ineffective shooting the ball. Bottom line is the Kings are paying him a ton of money to be elite. He needs to be a lot better and soon if the Kings are to be competitive this season.

Grant's rant: 10-22-21 Kings Announcers Don't Travel? Oct 22, 2021

Show notes

The Kings opened the season in Portland Saturday, but their announcers weren't there. What a joke! The arenas are full, most teams are sending their announcers on the road, but not the Kings. This isn't high school...send your announcers to road games!

Show notes

The Kings beat the Blazers last night for a big opening season road victory. That apparently isn't good enough. Many Kings fans were upset with Kings Head Coach Luke Walton for substitutions at the end of the game. Hey the Kings won! Relax! The team hasn't been in playoffs for a generation. Enjoy the wins!

Ben Simmons of the Philadelphia 76ers was kicked out of practice yesterday for conduct detrimental to the team. Head Coach Doc Rivers said he didn't want to participate in the drills etc so he told him to leave. Simmons has been suspended for tonight's game coasting him $227,000....What an embarrassment!!!!
