"Truth Series Part IX" The Federal Reserve Finished Dec 31, 2019
    Show notes

Shred comes back to wrap up 2019 and The Federal Reserve. But first, he clues in on how busy Q Anon has been, especially with all of the impeachment happening, the Democrats scrambling, the Epstein cover up and more!

Kev & Sully are excited to head into 2020 with a great plan and awesome guests lined up already! Kevin suggests that listeners may hear some more "powerful" episodes, that tend to hit home more, but also continuing on the same great journey they have been through 2019. The Truth Series is still one of the most requested and interacted with series, and Shred loves joining the guys in the studio for a few hours of myth debunking, secrets behind the government, and just plain truth talking. Look forward for the series to continue through 2020 with updated episodes monthly.

As said earlier, Shred says Q has been very busy lately. Kevin brings up "misspellings matter". There have been a series of Tweets on Twitter regarding "Corney" and "Cromey" and why the former head of the FBI's name is intentionally misspelled. Shred digs us deeper into the story behind that, as well as, all of the recent hot/breaking news items.

Then they all wrap up the talk about the Federal Reserve after they left off in the 1940's in Part VIII. Shred acknowledges that there is way too much to even finish, but as they progress through the Truth Series, they will reference back to interesting points of the Fed. They do cover up until today about how it can essentially "launder" money for the elite rich.

    "Time's a Wastin'" Dec 10, 2019
    Show notes

Are you the type of person that continuously runs late? Or are you always on time to any appointment, meeting or dinner with friends? In our latest episode, we talk about why people tend to be late to things, and that an actual Harvard study found that people who are normally late, live a more stress free life! Yes, you read that correctly. Stress free. Is it because they're just assholes that don't care about other people? Or just that they're a little more care free and don't let the little things, like being late, bother them? Lauren was brought up in a military family, so she is always very punctual. Kevin tends to be the same and says that, more often than not, he is quite early to any appointments or meetings. He says he absolutely HATES being late to things. Sully thinks it's a matter of personal perspective. While he may think showing up to work at 06:35am is late (because he normally shows by 06:30), to someone else, that may be way too early to show up to work. Ask yourself... Do you lead a more stress free life and don't worry about being late, or do you tend to be more OCD and show up on time or early? These three always throw in great twists and discussions throughout their episodes, this is one you're sure to enjoy.

    Show notes

Chris McCoy was a member of the Army 2D Battalion - 75th Ranger Regiment. He deployed multiple times and saw plenty of combat. He also owns Level Seven Apparel and is a nationally known graffiti artist. His work is amazing! Chris started out drawing at an early age and he's used it as an outlet for the transition from being in the military, back to civilian life. They discuss how passions like that tend to help get peoples minds off of some of the shit they've had to deal with. Kevin brings up that anyone in their line feels fear, and that most of the time, that's what draws them back to their training to handle certain circumstances they may face. He also says that anyone who denies that fear, is full of shit. Sully & Chris agree, and Chris relates that back to a time in Bosnia when he was in an intense firefight, he can remember how his toes felt in his boots, the smell of body odor emitting from himself and more. Typically a normal person wouldn't recall that type of thing, but in these moments, they seem to be engrained in your mind. Chris is the owner of Level Seven Apparel, go check out some of his stuff! He can also be found on Instagram at https://instagram.com/Rok275 & https://instagram.com/level.se7en Some of his paintings are up there as well as shirts, headwear, canvas prints and more!

"Truth Series Part VIII" The Federal Reserve Nov 19, 2019
    Show notes

In the new format of the Truth Series, the boys start the first half hour or so discussing the latest events and news from QAnon, and other sources. Remember, everything on these series episodes, is the facts and if anything is speculation, it is noted during the broadcast. What's Shred got for us this week? So much, that it is our LONGEST episode to date. QAnon is definitely back up on 8Kun and has been relatively active as of late. Especially with all the fraudulent impeachment stuff surrounding the President, as well as, all the whistleblower stuff. Also, Shred brings up that the Obama administration and the Trump administration had basically given about 18 billion dollars, that's billion with a B, to the City of Baltimore between 2008 in 2016 ... So 10 years, over a 10-year period, they're given 18 billion. That's a lot of money. He says he's sure we have some listeners in Baltimore . This type of money spent on other cities have done fantastically well with a tenth of that money, alright, I would never give props to Governor Cuomo of New York, but he gave 18 million to the city of Buffalo and if you've ever been downtown Buffalo, 10 years ago compared to now... Oh yeah, they've done lied a lot with 18 million, they did. We're talking billions. So where'd the money go? Did the Mayor of Baltimore go missing for some time? Yep, she did. Interesting. President Trump gives his district of Baltimore 2 billion dollars in federal aid... Okay, but they did something really interesting with this federal aid. They digitally ear-marked... So, they put digital markers on the actual money that they were giving to the district. I guess where it didn't go, was to the people.. it didn't go to the people, We don't know where it went but it didn't go to the people or for improvement in the city. Shred is pretty sure they paid off other constiuents to keep their mouths shut with a portion of the money. (That is speculation). He then brings up the Red Cross and how a lot of these "non profit" companies are actually "for profit". He relates it to you donating blood, and then needing that blood later.. yes, your own blood. You have to PAY FOR IT, through the hospital. This isn't free blood. Just like "Locks of Love", the children that receive those hair pieces, end up having to pay for them. Interesting. The American Red Cross was found with bundles of CASH in their basement, by the good ole FBI. Why would the Red Cross have cash stowed in their basement? The Federal Reserve is discussed for the second half of the episode. How it began, why it was formed and more. Here's a little snippet of exactly what it is, and how it's NOT a part of the US Government. It's the central banking system of the United States of America. It was created on December 23, 1913, with the enactment of the Federal Reserve Act, after a series of financial panics (particularly the panic of 1907) led to the desire for central control of the monetary system in order to alleviate financial crises. Over the years, events such as the Great Depression in the 1930's and the Great Recession during the 2000's have led to the expansion of the roles and responsibilities of the Federal Reserve System. The U.S. Congress established three key objectives for monetary policy in the Federal Reserve Act: maximizing employment, stabilizing prices, and moderating long-term interest rates. The first two objectives are sometimes referred to as the Federal Reserve's dual mandate. Its duties have expanded over the years, and currently also include supervising and regulating banks, maintaining the stability of the financial system, and providing financial services to depository institutions, the U.S. government, and foreign official institutions. The Fed conducts research into the economy and provides numerous publications, such as the Beige Book and the FRED database. The Federal Reserve System is composed of several layers. It is governed by the presidentially appointed board of governors or Federal Reserve Board. Twelve regional Federal Reserve Banks, located in cities throughout the nation, regulate and oversee privately owned commercial banks. Nationally chartered commercial banks are required to hold stock in, and can elect some of the board members of, the Federal Reserve Bank of their region. The Federal Open Market Committee sets monetary policy. It consists of all seven members of the board of governors and the twelve regional Federal Reserve Bank presidents, though only five bank presidents vote at a time (the president of the New York Fed and four others who rotate through one-year voting terms). There are also various advisory councils. Thus, the Federal Reserve System has both public and private components. It has a structure unique among central banks, and is also unusual in that the United States Department of the Treasury, an entity outside of the central bank, prints the currency used. The federal government sets the salaries of the board's seven governors, and it receives all the system's annual profits, after a statutory dividend of 6% on member banks' capital investment is paid, and an account surplus is maintained. In 2015, the Federal Reserve earned a net income of $100.2 billion and transferred $97.7 billion to the U.S. Treasury. Although an instrument of the US Government, the Federal Reserve System considers itself "an independent central bank because its monetary policy decisions do not have to be approved by the President or anyone else in the executive or legislative branches of government, it does not receive funding appropriated by Congress, and the terms of the members of the board of governors span multiple presidential and congressional terms." [Source: Wikipedia} We know there's a bigger thing, there's a bigger thing going on, but we can't put it all together just yet. But that is exactly why we love creating these episodes for you.

    "Tangled Tinsel" Nov 12, 2019
    Show notes

The owner of K Bar Soap Co. joins Kevin & Sully for 102. Chris hasn't been on the podcast in over a year! The fellas welcome Chris back and Kevin brings up the Christmas festival that Chris normally participates in with his business. He says he passed it up this year because he almost went nuts last year with how mentally draining 14 days of Christmas music in the same 10'X10' area can be. Chris jokes how Kevin would have headphones on listening to his girl Taylor Swift and Sully agrees with Chris that just buying a case of beer and getting drunk would probably make it more manageable. They catch up after not talking for a bit, and Kevin brings up some funny and odd news stories that'll have you laughing.

    "Nannette Hammond" Nov 05, 2019
    Show notes

Nannette Hammond known as the "Human Barbie Doll" as she has spent close to $500,000 on plastic surgery and everyday upkeep. She also is the 2018 Playboy Playmate of the Year and will be appearing in Playboy, yet again, in November with one of her girlfriend. Nannette has already spent nearly $500,000 on plastic surgery to turn herself into a real-life Barbie doll and has no plans to stop. The 46-year-old Cincinnati mother of five even has a pink Barbie car to complete the look. And the car is a convertible to top it all. She has shown the progress of becoming the "Human Barbie" on Instagram, where she's got over 300,000 followers! Many of her photos are taken by her children, whose ages range from 5 to 16, and they all attend private schools. Her husband Dave also takes the photos. Kevin asked her about how her kids deal with the attention, and she says she tells them to ignore any negative stuff that's said. She agrees that she's the "hot mom" of the PTA (as Kevin refers her to) and that people will talk and that's fine, none of that bothers her. "I know they probably talk and gossip about me, but I really don't care," she says. "Parents can think what they want and say what they want about my appearance but it doesn't bother me. I've taught my children to rise above it." She began when she was 21, with a breast augmentation while she was working at Hooters Restaurant. She got another breast augmentation after, taking her from a B-cup to a DD. Then, she started getting Botox injections regularly and collagen filler for her lips. She's still getting the procedures every few months when she feels she needs them. Kevin asked her if she travels to a specific surgeon to get her work done and she said most of it is done right in Cincinnati. In her early 30s, she started getting hair extensions and eyelash extensions. She also spray tans, as she says after watching "The Doctors" and realizing the possibility of skin cancer, she stopped light tanning. She also gets manicures and pedicures, monthly. She got another breast augmentation job at 38, bringing her cup size to 28H. (She says the "H" stands for "Hammond". Haha. She's also considering going bigger. Her most recent surgery was for dental veneers on her teeth, costing over $50,000. Kevin talks about all he can afford is Crest 3D White Strips for $50. "It's worth every penny to look like this. I feel happy and secure." she tells the boys. She's the happiest she's ever been and when asked what she says to nay-sayers about possibly doing it for attention, she says she "does it for herself, and no one else. I mean, I just don't care," she said. "I have nothing to hide and I am who I am." Find her here - https://instagram.com/nannettehammond Vote for her friend, Andrea Prince to be Mexico's Playmate of the year here - http://www.playboy,mx/playmate-2019/ Thank you to Nannette for joining the guys on the podcast and we look forward to hearing from her again in the future!

    "The 100th Episode!" Oct 29, 2019
    Show notes

Can you believe the boys made it to the 100 episode mark?? Neither can they! Kevin & Sully have a great conversation for their anniversary episode and reminisce, as well as, discuss some of the "behind the scenes" things that happen while recording, or not recording. Kevin forgot to hit the record button! What??!! Yep, oops. Even after 100 episodes (more if you include the Business Spotlights), they still make mistakes. No one is perfect right? The guys laugh about it, because fortunately enough, they figured it out only 10 minutes into their recording of this episode. Kevin brings up the fact that Halloween is this week, Sully's birthday and their 100th episode. What an amazing week! Lots of good things happening and good stuff coming down the chute. Sully jokes that he isn't 25, after Kevin tries to say that's how old he is. Sully will be 36 and it's hitting him hard. They talk about what it's like at this age, to wait by the mailbox for blood work from the doctors office, and how the time seems to go by even faster the more you age. They shift their focus to some of their favorite episodes. Sully brings up how Sean Whalen's episode has changed his mindset in life, and how he carries himself and his perspectives a little differently now. Kevin says that he includes that in one of his "top" episodes along with Nick Yarris and Psychic Greg Stanley. He calls them the "most powerful" yet. If you haven't listened to those episodes yet, they're a must. Kevin's favorite episode so far was when Lauren first joined them, along with Officer Ashley Smith. He talks about how they meshed so well together and it was a hilarious episode. They continue to go through a lot of the past episodes for a better part of this one. Kevin brings up Halloween and if Sully is taking his dogs trick or treating. Sully says no, but he does sit out and will occasionally give a beer to some of the dads taking their kids out for the evening. Now that's a house every parent should stop at! Kevin wraps things up congratulating Sully, Crystal, Rianna and Lauren for their accomplishment and says they're ready for 100 more episodes. He wishes Sully a Happy Birthday and all of the listeners a happy & safe Halloween. A note from Kevin - "THANK YOU to our listeners, fans, followers, friends and family for the support in this endeavor. Sully and myself never anticipated the podcast gaining so much traction in the industry, but here we are! We'd like to thank ALL of our past guests for taking time from their busy lives to create some content with us, and we look forward to working with so many more in the future. Our mission is to create content for people combatting PTSD. That hasn't changed. We will continue to do our best at providing high quality, relevant content to our listeners. Thank you, again!"
