    Show notes

Jennifer McNamara is the widow of John McNamara who, with her 11 year old son Jack, lives in Suffolk County, New York. When John died, Jennifer began to fulfill her deathbed promise to him to continue his mission. To that end, Jennifer has been a voice on behalf of 9/11 responders, appearing at various public events and doing numerous interviews to raise awareness about sick and dying men and women. She also created and is the driving force behind the FDNY Firefighter John F. McNamara Foundation. Jennifer currently works as a labor director for local government and is also government attorney who has a long career focusing on federal employment litigation defense; serves as a family advocate for the Firefighter Cancer Foundation; a Widow Trustee of the 9/11 Responders Remembered Park Committee; and previously served as Secretary and Legal Counsel of the FDNY Foundation, an FDNY captive non-profit, which raises funds for fire safety education and runs the Fire Zone in Rockefeller Center. Jennifer is the Chair of the Annual 14th Wish Gala to raise funds devoted to the building of the Community Center. Held each year in March, the Gala, a formal event, includes higcalarh end silent auction items, dinner, dancing and, as always, a few surprises. She serves on as an advisory board member to a support group created to assist family members, survivors and Responders of the 2017 Las Vegas concert shooting. The Foundation's mission is to honor the essence of who John was and carry on his inspiring work - not only to see the Community Center project grow to fruition, but to continue the selfless spirit of Johnny Mac by supporting other organizations dear to his heart- groups dedicated to the support of Firefighters and First Responders. After John died, hidden in his hospital bag, Jennifer found a list of things John wanted her to do if he did not survive. One of those things was to have a community center built in Blue Point, New York where John, Jenn and Jack lived. Jennifer formed the FDNY Firefighter John F. McNamara Foundation, also known as The Johnny Mac Foundation, to fulfill that wish. The Foundation is now tirelessly working to build the community center that John envisioned which will stand as a cornerstone of the community, family, and camaraderie just as John had.

    "Kevin Rose" May 12, 2020
    Show notes

As a manual therapist, Kevin helps people understand stress and how to counterbalance it. After a 24 year career, he has discovered consistencies in treatment protocols that allow him to lower client stress levels instantaneously. Using a very simple technique, he can help you enjoy peace of mind in seconds and learn to remain calm in any situation. On September 11, 2001, Kevin knew our country was going to war, so he began creating a program, The CATalyst, to help combat veterans reintegrate home. To say, "welcome home and thank you for your service" is nice, but empty. He believes if you are going to ask someone to sacrifice their life you must also be prepared to help them integrate back home smoothly. The military trains men and women to be on high alert, all the time, to protect themselves and their comrades. The challenge is the military doesn't teach how to turn down the high alert when men and women complete their service. As a result, people return home from war amped up, still ready to fight. The CATalyst is a human-animal interaction that helps people recognize and counterbalance stress in seconds. The kicker, the people learn to calm themselves while face to face with tigers (through fences, of course). The program works in conjunction with a private animal rescue sanctuary and is free to combat veterans. Testing The CATalyst program, Kevin worked with hundreds of "civilians" before he offered the experience for free to combat veterans. After collecting data, the results showed significant stress relief in all demographics, from 18 to 80 years of age, not just the veteran community. Teaching people to counterbalance and re-pattern the fight, flight, freeze response is their mission and is incredibly effective in lowering stress levels. Today, they fund the free combat veteran programs with paid private sessions to the public and the generous help of donors. In May, Kevin completed a book with international best-selling author, Graham Spence called, The CATalyst Experience; How Rescued Tigers Heal Trauma-Scarred Souls.

"Truth Series Part XII" May 08, 2020
    Show notes

Shred is finally back after being eerily quiet since his latest "update". What's great about this episode is our new Production Coordinator, Britt, loves conspiracies, however she was completely blown away with some of what Shred had to offer. There is so much happening and Q is posting very very consistently, that it's even difficult for Shred to keep up. But don't let that fool you, everything is still going according to plan.

Ps. Vote NO for mail in ballots!

Your favorite series is back for Part XII!

    "Brittany Oliveri" May 01, 2020
    Show notes

Kev & Sully have brought another person on board for the podcast. Her name is "Britt" (Brittany Oliveri) and she will be assuming the role of Production Coordinator. Britt will be behind the scenes, in studio with the boys, and yelling at them for all the stuff they do wrong. No but seriously, she's going to oversee the camera angles, lighting, videoing, sound effects, googling and more. She's our new right hand girl and we're excited AF to have her joining us with her expertise. Here's Britt's Bio: After a long winding journey through college, studying courses in pre-med my freshman year at Mercyhurst University, and graphic design my sophomore year at The University at Buffalo, I finally found my one true love and passion back home in Rochester, NY. Three years later in May of 2017, I graduated from The Rochester Institute of Technology with my BFA in Advertising Photography. During my time at RIT, not only did I run my own freelancing photography business, but I also assisted along side Scott Nobles in a photo shoot with The Rochester River Dogz FC in May of 2016. A month later during the summer of 2016, I took on an internship in New York City working for Sports Illustrated. While at SI, I photographed swuimsuit model Samantha Hoopes for their Sports Illustrated Swimsuit's Summer of Swim special issue. I also took on photographing MLB, Professional Boxing, and Premier League Soccer games for Sports Illustrated. Flash forward to post graduation, I have since went on tour with The Vans Warped Tour during the summer of 2017. While on tour, I volunteered my time away from the bands for a charity called "Music Saves Lives." Since returning back home to Rochester once again, I have been actively engaging in my freelance photography, as well as holding an Editor of Social Media and Marketing position for Anthology Presents. In my spare time I love to surf, explore my surroundings, and listen to some classic vinyl with my chocolate lab. I am so stoked to see where the universe brings me next!

    Show notes

Lauren "The Hot Cop" and John "The Fiance" joined Kevin & Sully in studio for this episode. Kevin talks to John about how he worked hard at a dad bod to lure in Lauren, and how he beat him to her. John explains how he had a head start on his belly because he actually met her in 2018, and she blew him off. She didn't even remember meeting him the second time they met. She talks about her experience at SHOT Show and some of the Instagram Celebrity dogs she met while there. Kevin talks about how he's gained some weight through the winter and is weighing in much more than he likes. Lauren busts his balls about spray butter and that's probably why he's gained weight. They finish off talking about how gnomes will cause havoc in your home if you have one. Lauren & John believe this, and Kevin says he's gonna buy one just to see if they really do play tricks.

With his "mediumship" he can also bring you comfort that life goes on, and that your loved ones are still around, being your cheerleaders. Sometimes he will deliver messages from them about what lies ahead for you. He also can hear spirits, see spirits and other nonphysical energies.
