27 - Jean Bradley: Benefit of Using Essential Oils Aug 16, 2021
    Show notes

Join Carol with her guest, Jean Bradley, as they talk about the benefits of using essential oils as part of your daily habit. Jean shares her own family's journey of using essential oils to deal with various health issues. If you want to start your own road to wellness, stay tuned!

Here are the things to expect in the episode:

    ● Getting to know the different types of essential oils.

    ● The difference between using natural essential oils versus synthetic fragrances

    ● What are the benefits of using essential oils?

    ● How to incorporate essential oils into your daily routine

    ● And much more!

    About Jean Bradley:

Jean grew up in Franklin and lives in nearby Bellingham with her daughter and son. And after years in health care administration, Jean began working for her brother at Grove Street Auto Repair in Franklin, where she does marketing, accounting, and customer service. In 2011, her daughter Emily was dealing with some health issues, and they began to search for alternative treatments. Not being an earthy-crunchy, she was not sure exactly what she was trying to find. But instinctively, she felt that the cycle of drugs to treat a condition, more drugs to treat the side effects, and even more drugs because these all didn't work, was a treadmill that would never end. She felt there just had to be another way. And this is where her journey into natural healing and a toxin-free lifestyle began. She started with a bottle of Bergamot essential oil. Now, she makes oil blends, cleaning products, and skincare recipes for herself and any family or friend willing to try them. Her passion is sharing her journey with others to show them the benefits of kicking as many toxins out of their life as possible. Jean believes that living a more natural life doesn't have to be hard. It just takes some research and a few good friends to show you the way.
