In 2017, she received life-changing news—she had chronic kidney disease (CKD). Facing an uncertain future, Jen’s competitive spirit and the unwavering support of her team kept her fighting. Thanks to a selfless donor and their family, she received a kidney transplant just in time, avoiding dialysis and regaining her strength.
