Why You Need a BIG DREAM w/ Movie Producer Conor Holway Aug 23, 2023

Show notes

On todays episode you’ll discover why it’s so important to have a BIG DREAM you’re working towards, and how to network and set goals along the way to accomplishing that big dream.

Wade sat down with Conor Holway, one of the best networkers we know, to chat about why he moved from Boston to Hollywood or “The Snake Pit” as he refers to it, to produce movies with the ultimate goal of producing a Marvel movie.

He quickly realized he’d need to build a network in LA and got to work. A few short years later and he’s producing and starring in his own movie, Conrad: The Last Defender, in which he also launched a successful kickstarter campaign to fund the movie.

Conor is a guy who dreams big, wakes up and goes after his dreams and is an elite connector of people.

He’s also an amazing follow on Instagram, check him out and watch how this movie unfolds:

Why Community Is The Best Asset You Can Build Aug 02, 2023

Show notes

People want to feel like they’re a part of something. That’s where community comes in. Why do you think we live in neighborhoods and cities? We want to be around each other. You fly over the US and realize how much land there is then you see all the houses bunched together? It’s human nature to seek and build community. The best brands and best businesses build community.

Creating community is a much needed skill in this world. If you can create community you are building an asset that pays way more dividends than just $. Community also lasts. It’s sticky.

Remember, building a community is about cultivating a space where individuals can connect, collaborate, and learn from each other, fostering a supportive ecosystem for People to thrive around a common vision.

How To Bring Your Idea To Life: 3 Lessons From Starting Big Dad Energy & BroCo Investments Jul 26, 2023

Show notes

In bringing an idea to life, we've learned a few things from our ventures. On today's quick episode we'll cover 3 lessons from starting Big Dad Energy as well as why we started our own investment company.

Lessons from starting Big Dad Energy:

1. Start messy

2. Get into the marketplace fast and easy

3. Make sure it's something you want to see through, not just start

Businesses create profits (hopefully). Investing those profits, or wages from your job, is where you start to create financial freedom.

We wanted to do that, so Wade used his background in finance to create his own investment company with two friends, BroCo Investments LLP. To date in the last few years we've bought 5 investment properties, 1 Airbnb, 1 18 unit apartment building, and 3 single family homes that all cash flow every month. We've also invested in 5 startups through our venture capital fund. These are investments we started doing on our own with our own money, but in the last year we've helped other people invest in these opportunities alongside us.

If that's something you're interested in, connect with Wade on instagram @wellnesswithwade.

A Look Into What Your Future Could Look Like w/ 20 Year Legacy Leader Tiffany Bufton Meyer Jun 28, 2023

Show notes

Today we got to sit down with one of our mentors and someone who's been a network marketing leader for 20 years and has grown a huge business and made a huge impact in a lot of people's lives. Her story is so empowering as she was a successful news anchor and model but had children, including one who had childhood leukemia, and realized she wanted and needed to stay home with her children and be there for them. But she also wanted something of her own, that she could build, and that would give her an identity outside of motherhood. A network marketing opportunity came into her life. She wasn't sure if or how she would be successful in it, but she committed to learning along the way and had a strong work ethic. Fast forward she was able to not only provide an abundant life for her family, but showed them what it looks like for a parent to work towards their dreams, to make an impact and be an overall really good person who was committed to growth and serving others.

Now she lives in Boca Raton Florida and enjoys the benefits of building a business for 20 years. She is a light, a leader and we're so grateful to have her in our life as a friend and a mentor, she's our "upline" in our company!

You will feel empowered and inspired after this episode.
