Jason Cole: Success Prison Success Nov 02, 2019

An Incredible Story: Jason Cole a smart kid growing up, good grades, band, athletics and stayed out of trouble. Went to college right out of high school while working full time at a company. Became a manager at 19 years old and took the store from last place out of 500 to number one. "At 21 I got caught up with the wrong crowd and ended up in a pasture out in the county where my best friend was killed. Five of us went out that night. One lost his life, one was crippled, and three of us were convicted of Capital Murder and Attempted Capital Murder. Five years into prison I gave my life to Christ and began preaching. Helped start the first faith based dorm in Texas prisons. I now fly all over the united states doing prisons workshops. I became a Ziglar Legacy Certified Speaker/Trainer. I’m currently working on my first book, a documentary about my life and a movie that will be produced next year. My motto is "To leave people better than I found them."

"This Wasn’t Supposed to Happen: 10 Make-or-Break Choices When Life Steals Your Dreams and Rocks Your World." A lot has happened since our last show: Our neighbor's daughter passed away and North Dallas was hit by tornadoes during the Cowboys game. Many are left feeling “This wasn’t supposed to happen to". Tornadoes leave more than physical destruction; they leave personal trauma and psychological turmoil. In addition to those who are directly hit, the devastation of a tornado is an apt metaphor for all of those “tornadoes of life” that drop out of the blue and change your life in a moment. One day you’re on top of the world; the next day the world’s on top of you. This show helps you flip it back around again to lead you back to the top and not left wallowing in despair. Though Halloween will not be discussed as much during this show, we will still of course play "The Monster Mash."
