I don't know about you, but I have struggled with "mom guilt" from time to time over that last few years of building my business. I have wondered, "Am I doing enough for my kids?" or "What if I need to get a sitter to help?" Does that make me a bad mom? I know some of my listeners have also felt this way and that's why I wanted to bring my dear friend Emily on the podcast today to talk about how we can navigate these feelings, how to not let them hold us back, and also how we can be both mom and business owner and not feeling guilty 24/7.
