    Show notes

In this episode, I dropped in with my soul client, Scout Sobel, to discuss what it means to be an emotional entrepreneur, what conscious motherhood looks like, and how to feel empowered with your mental health, Scout and I dig into her transformation and discover what is possible in the journey of embodying your feminine energy and going through your spiritual awakening.

In our conversation, Scout shares the way she navigates her mental health journey from a spiritual perspective. We delve into the disconnect that anxiety and depression often cause, and the tools Scout uses in order to release her fear-based consciousness and stay aligned with her higher self - who doesn’t give her power away to her emotions.

We also dove into the conversation about conscious motherhood and how her inner healing journey has helped to set her up for success as a new mother. Scout shared some of the work she did including releasing subconscious limiting beliefs, healing old mother wounds, and reparenting her inner child — in order to intentionally choose the type of mother she desires to be.

When it comes to running her trailblazing business, Scout shares the two rituals she implements every day, shifting and being flexible when necessary, but continuing to honor them even when life gets busy.

If you’ve been feeling like you do not have the emotional stability to feel competent in your expansion, listen to this episode to learn how to flip anxiety on its head and find your truth with the universe.

    253. Becoming The Artist Of Love w/ Madelyn Moon Feb 20, 2023
    Show notes

In this conversation with Madelyn Moon, we discuss the three realms of becoming an Artist Of Love: in your own life, in your relationships, and with your work in the world. Madelyn takes us through the four main feminine archetypes and how we can start a practice of using these to become an Artist Of Love.

We explore how all four of these archetypes exist within everyone, which Madelyn demonstrates with well-known examples of characters from film and TV. In these examples, she outlines the qualities they possess, the patterns that show up with each archetype, and how we can harness and embody them through ceremony.

Once we have mastered bringing this into our own life, Madelyn shares how we can activate our internal compass to infuse it into relationships and our creative expression. Art is a tangible way to process through play, give space to the unraveling, and be in service of the woman you are becoming.

Madelyn discovered the Artist of Love method by processing her own grief through comedy and sharing it online. It has since become the foundation for her work as a Feminine Leadership and Intimacy Teacher.

Listen to discover who your main archetype is and how you can use her to disrupt the pattern of the mundane in your life and replace it with art.

    252. Modern Marriage & Growing Through Conscious Relationships w/ Sarah Jenks Feb 14, 2023
    Show notes

This week, Sarah Jenks joins me for a special Valentine’s Day episode to discuss the new paradigm of conscious relationships. In our conversation, Sarah reveals eye-opening realizations from her own marriage and the meaningful work she’s integrated into her daily life in order to reshape the outcome of her relationship.

If your partnership feels stagnant, you and your partner are growing in different directions, or the balance of shared responsibility feels off, you might need to bring alignment back into your relationship. Recognizing when this is happening can be challenging, especially when it is so easy to fall into patriarchal norms.

Sarah gives listeners insight into what they should be looking out for in their own relationships, and offers tools and tips on how to navigate these checkpoints as they come up. This episode will teach you how to declare what you are willing to accept, even if that means your partner is not on board.

The changes both she and her husband had to make became the building blocks for the program they co-created called Modern Marriage. Through this program, they teach other couples how to improve the quality of their relationship and create a rich, equal partnership.

Whether you are single or in a relationship, there is always inner work to be done, so listen to this episode to learn how to make sure you are showing up as your full self and in your power in your romantic relationships.

Listen to the episode on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Google Podcasts, Pocket Casts, Radio Public, or on your favorite podcast platform.

    247. BEQOMING Your Most Fully Alive Self w/ Azrya and Benjamin Bequer Jan 09, 2023
    Show notes

BEQOMING: Everything You Didn't Know You Wanted by Azrya and Benjamin Bequer was one of the most profound books that I read last year, and I recently sat down with the authors to peel back some of the layers and themes of their story.

Azrya and Benjamin are co-stewards of BEQOMING, a platform dedicated to providing the future stewards of society with the emotional intelligence tools to elevate humanity and co-create a more beautiful world.

In our conversation, we discuss the liberation that comes from embracing the full spectrum of aliveness, including death. They describe the rock-bottom moments that catapulted them onto the path of spiritual discovery and personal development. They also highlight how plant medicine has played an integral role in their journey and explore some of the ways that Ayahuasca shows up as a teacher for them.

I ask Azrya and Benjamin how they made the shift into divine union and they pull back the curtain on the erotic all-in moment they experienced at the beginning of their relationship. Plus, we talk about how to surrender to ‘choiceless choices’ and follow the path that your soul is guiding you on.

    246. Living in Alignment With The Feminine Codes {Intuitive Flow w/ Amy Natalie} Jan 02, 2023
    Show notes

To celebrate the three-year anniversary of the show, I’m sharing the origin story of the Feminine Codes, what these six principles mean to me, and why I’m so passionate about starting the year off with this framework.

When I discovered how to reconnect with my feminine energy, it was the most liberating and vibrant experience of my life. I unlocked new levels of awareness and gained a deeper understanding of my true self. Through that journey, I created a series of workshops called The Feminine Codes, which cover the six key elements of feminine embodiment.

In this episode, I describe each code and give an overview of what they represent. I share some practices that have been supportive on my journey and different tools that we explore in the course. I also highlight why it’s so important to break out of the masculine paradigm and start operating in alignment with your feminine essence.

    245. Explant Journey, Body Positivity, and Permission to Slow Down w/ Davina Manuel Dec 26, 2022
    Show notes

I’m joined by digital creator and author Davina Manuel to discuss her experience with breast implant illness and the transformative year she’s had since getting her implants removed. Davina describes how her explant journey has created a deeper sense of gratitude for her body’s inner-wisdom and overall health. In our conversation, she highlights the importance of taking yourself off autopilot and really tuning into what feels authentic to you.

Part of that process for Davina has included setting and upholding boundaries, particularly when she knows she needs to rest. She explains how saying ‘no’ to things outside of her bliss has meant that she’s able to say ‘yes’ to herself and her family. Because she’s not operating from a place of burnout or scarcity, she’s created more space for magic and abundance.

We also cover tangible ways to find a sustainable flow between the masculine and the feminine. We share ways that we like to drop in and reset, even if it’s only for a few minutes each day. Plus, we touch on topics like conscious parenting and intuitive movement.

Listen to the episode on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Google Podcasts, Pocket Casts, Radio Public, or on your favorite podcast platform.
