Extraordinary America

America has always been about freedom, opportunity, and the pursuit of happiness. However, most Americans are not free when it comes to the financial front. Most are under financial slavery due to losing their jobs, having stagnant wages due to outsourcing, inflation due to money printing, and debt of all kinds. Wealth and income inequality runs rampant across America while the middle class has all but disappeared! Where there is no freedom, there can never be opportunity nor happiness. Such a disconnect between who we are as Americans and our Financial reality cannot be allowed to continue.

Therefore, Extraordinary America is about the abolition of financial slavery. It is about the financial freedom of the 99%. It is about Americans awakening and unleashing the Extraordinary within themselves and setting themselves free!

The truth is Americans are Extraordinary. As immigrants and descendants of immigrants, they have overcome insurmountable obstacles and barriers with their pioneering and entrepreneurial spirit, and this time is no different. Americans should never give up or surrender to hopelessness and despair, no matter how bad the situation is, no matter how much the odds are stacked against them. Just as spring overcomes winter, Day overcomes Night, the light within us shall overcome the darkness around us. Its time for us to know that we are our own saviors, that there is an Extraordinary within us waiting to be unleashed, that freedom is our birthright and that we shall realize the American Dream!

The path to financial freedom is by educating and transforming ourselves into Entrepreneurs and Investors on the light side! In this podcast Cosmos Dar interviews Entrepreneurs and Investors who fought against the odds, and in many cases came from humble beginnings to attain financial freedom, to see how they did it. He hopes through all these stories that the Extraordinary within the audience shall awaken, that they shall take the actions necessary to abolish financial slavery from their lives and finally Realize the American dream!

Kim Stuck bio:

Kim is the founder and CEO of ALLAY Consulting, a compliance strategy and services provider serving the hemp, cannabis, and psychedelic industries nationwide.

She brings a regulator's keen eye and wide-reaching knowledge of evolving compliance and safety mandates to support tightly regulated businesses. Kim Stuck previously held a pioneering role as the nation's first cannabis and hemp specialist for a major metropolitan public health authority during her tenure with the City of Denver, home to hundreds of cannabis businesses.

She worked as an investigator, covering cultivation, manufacturing, and retail. Their duties included facility inspections, conducting investigations into improper pesticide use and worker safety, trading regulations, instituting recalls, and public outreach.

She holds numerous certifications, such as Certified Quality Auditor and Certified Professional in Food Safety. In addition to serving on several industry advisory boards, she's a TEDx speaker and a South by Southwest Speaker, and she has been a member of ASTM International's Cannabis Standards Committee since its 2017 inception. And she's also the vice chair of the GMP Standards Subcommittee.

She has worked with companies such as Experian Quarantine, cities, and brass camps in Brazil. She has extensive experience implementing projects to evaluate, analyze, and improve business strategies. She served as human resources and organizational development manager in Brazil.

In 2013, she founded Connect Solutions, a rapid business growth company that aims to help clients achieve their interpersonal international business goals on an expedited timeline using various HR, strategy, and operation tactics.

With experience managing corporate projects at the highest levels, she has been an expert in strategy, project management, HR, and business acceleration. In Atlanta for ten years, she has been part of the Brazilian American Chamber of the Southeast USA for over seven years, acting as chairman between 2019 and 2020.

Nelson served for five years as a member of the board of WTC Atlanta. Finally, she co-authored an Amazon bestseller called Business Tips from the Trenches. Danila is an extracting person, and I'm honored to have her on this show.

Assaf Raz bio:

Assif Raz immigrated from Israel to Venice Beach, California, in his early 20s and began the journey to citizenship in a country he had long studied and revered. He built his American dream through real estate for more than two decades. And a handful of other entrepreneurial pursuits. After his spiritual rebirth in his early 30s, he found the woman of his dreams, started a family, and began to write.

First, he wrote a short memoir about his awakening rite of passage and then released a book on Amazon called Descent: Lockdown 2020 (Old Glory Saga).

Victor Straw bio:

Victor Straw is a fitness professional and business owner; Victor has spent 26 years in the health and fitness industry. He was raised on a dairy farm in Wisconsin. When he was 18, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and served in the Persian Gulf War in 1991.

After spending numerous successful years working for a large fitness company, he decided to venture out independently to chase his dreams. Victor has owned three fitness businesses: a personal training studio, a large multifaceted fitness facility, and a boot camp group training business. Before COVID-19, he grew his boot camp business to nearly $30,000 monthly in revenues.

Victor applies training techniques and methods from the US Marine Corps. His passionate style, high-intensity workouts, coaching, and positive attitude offer extremely fast results in his training. Victor claims that this method works for one of the fittest fighting forces on the planet. Then why not train others? In the same way, he has a passion for serving others to experience greatness and build resilience to overcome obstacles and rise after setbacks.
