    Do You Have the Mindsets that Drive Success? Holly brings to you one of the experts in this field Ryan Godfredson, PhD., a cutting-edge consultant, trainer, coach and researcher. He is a mindfulness mindset pioneer and works with leaders and organizations to think through their current mindset and shape shifts to drive success. Ryan is helping people become more of a hero through developing stability, control and efficiency through mindfulness. According to Ryan, “We make attributions about situations based on our lenses of our mindsets. Becoming aware of these mindsets gives is the ability to become more mindful about how these attributions affect outcomes.” He contrasts the difference between inward mindset and outward mindset. What if we ask these questions in times of judgement: Do I believe people are doing their best? Who am I being that their light is not shining? Godfredson has created a mindset assessment tool containing twenty questions to help people awaken to themselves by taking the assessment, offering the ability to label their mindsets and giving feedback on how to shift them.
