I rarely share my full story on the podcast, but in this episode, I’m taking you behind the scenes of how I went from climbing the corporate ladder in e-commerce to building a successful Etsy business, becoming the CEO of an education company, and founding a software startup.
I share how major life challenges, a military move, and a difficult job search led me to Etsy, where I applied my corporate e-commerce experience and made over $140K in my first year. From there, I scaled the business into the millions before transitioning into education and coaching.
In this personal episode, I talk about the experiences that shaped my grit, the mentors and opportunities that changed the trajectory of my business, and why I believe in building despite your circumstances.
A story about resilience, entrepreneurship, taking the leap, and building something meaningful when life doesn't go according to plan.
