How hormones help, what you should expect and a little Q&A at the end that was enlightening Feb 28, 2024
    Show notes

In this episode, Paul is joined by one of Eat To Perform's lead coaches, Crystal. The goal of this podcast was to talk about what you should expect when you get on hormones and why it won't ALL be positive from day one. (they also go over how weight loss works)

They also covered some of the negatives of weight loss medication, how to counter some of those issues and why or why not it might make sense for some people.

    Show notes

They also give various examples and how adding Weight Loss medication changes things (though both look very similar)

Flexible Dieting, how to deal with plateaus and when NOT to diet Jan 11, 2024
    Show notes

Alan is a former trainer and nutritionist who has worked with well-known clientele. He is likely better known for his research and his research review. Alan has written what I believe to be the bible of flexible dieting (basically what we do at Eat To Perform), and I have been a subscriber to his research review since 2008.

This is a great podcast that ultimately ended up being too short.

Re-evaluating goals for 2024, HRT and Weight Loss meds discussion Jan 04, 2024
    Show notes

We covered a lot of ground in this hour, specifically on how to set goals and adjust them based on things OTHER than just weight loss (with a focus on fat loss). We also discussed how HRT and Weight Loss meds could fill a role for some and who should probably avoid it.

Using the holiday's for a mini bulk with Paul and Becky Nov 24, 2023
    Show notes

First we walk through what a TRUE bulk looks like, which this isn't and we typically don't do at Eat To Perform. The simple fact is most people don't want to gain 30-40 pounds to gain muscle and I literally can't recall anyone asking for that.

So while this isn't that Paul walks you through how to use a bit extra weight over the holiday's to train in a way that might carryover for the rest of your life as the best way to do it.

Happy Hour-Surviving the the Holiday's with Paul and Becky Nov 20, 2023

    Show notes

In this episode Paul and Becky walk you through AP cycles, why they exist and why we made a pretty drastic change a few years ago (and it made a BIG difference).

    Show notes

Two weeks into Weight Loss Medication, what is happening and why Oct 04, 2023
    Show notes

In this episode I talk about going onto weight loss medication. Why I think a lot of the information out there isn't empowering people for real change and what is the vision I have for Eat To Perform Health.

Setting up the perfect Fat Loss phase Aug 29, 2023
