In a RARE visit to a message board this weekend, Jake saw a question posed that was eye-opening and thought-provoking… Feb 21, 2023

Show notes

-Jake stays clear of message boards, but once in awhile, it’s worth a gander. On Sunday, he saw a post ..titled, “Will Nebraska football ever catch up to Kansas State football?”

-Long-time Husker fans probably shake their heads at that being a question, but K-State’s had good results recently and they are consistent; and yeah, they just won the Big 12 title this year over a team that ended up losing the national championship. Are they THAT far ahead of Nebraska that we’re talking about years away or not?

-We know Sip and Jake’s thoughts on Chris Klieman…what does Bill think about him?

The XFL returned this weekend, and there were a few things that were unique and went over well Feb 20, 2023

Show notes

-No brand of college or professional football lets you go inside the video booth to say what the decision is going to be on a call---sure, they have their expert rules official who looks at it, but he doesn’t make the decision---however, the XFL showed that conversation on the broadcast and it was really unique
