The B1G released the 2024 football schedule on Thursday afternoon. What are the main takeaways from Nebraska's slate in what will be year two under Matt Rhule? Nov 03, 2023

Show notes

-According to Nicole Auerbach (The Athletic), B1G coaches were on a conference call earlier this week, urging the B1G to take action against Michigan for the sign stealing incident... How much of how this situation is handled is affecting Tony Petiti's reputation as B1G commissioner.

-Keys for Nebraska Football going into Michigan State:

Michigan State doesn't know their QB situation, Jalen Berger has been out for the year.
Spartans rank 115th in rushing yards per game, Nebraska ranks 6th in rushing yards.
There's a lot of optimism going on right now within the Nebraska Fanbase... Nebraska needs to ride this high. Memorial Stadium next Saturday will be incredible if a bowl eligible team is playing Maryland.

Everyone is laughing at the Iowa/Northwestern over-under number, but there’s a really good chance the Nebraska game is equally as low scoring Nov 02, 2023

Show notes

-Yes, it’s fun to laugh at Iowa/Northwestern and see 29.5 points as the over/under…and it might go below that easily like it did for Minnesota/Iowa. But Nebraska/Michigan State is at 34.5 for O/U, with the Huskers a 3.5 point favorite

-Michigan State is the 125^th ranked scoring offense in the country; Nebraska is 113^th. Michigan State is 111^th in total offense; Nebraska is 110^th. Is it once again the first to 17…wins? Or 10?

-Also, what a slate of games we have tonight in college football! 3 actually respectable match-ups!

-We'd be wrong to not mention the passing of legendary coach, Bob Knight. How will the guys remember Coach Knight?
