Jimbo Fisher and Jon Gruden both say they want back in the game as a head coach in college football…which one would be better for a program? Aug 12, 2025

Show notes

The last time we saw Fisher, he’d been given a lot of money to GO AWAY from Texas A&M after a disappointing tenure with the Aggies…as for Gruden, he hasn’t coached since resigning from the Raiders in 2021 but he’s been working for Barstool Sports since late 2024

Gruden doesn’t have head coach experience in college football but he does have high popularity…who would you prefer?

Predictions on Nebraska’s football season are fairly high but also varied…what is the Wild Card to a playoff caliber season? Aug 12, 2025

Show notes

On3’s Josh Pate joined the select few who say Nebraska has a chance at the Playoff (Joel Klatt and Phil Steele agree), thanks to a gettable schedule, a full year of a Dana Holgorsen offense and year 3 in general of Matt Rhule

We mentioned the CBS Sports writer last week who had Nebraska at under the 7.5 win total…if they are to actually be a playoff team, what is the wild card on the team to getting there?

In a world where the B1G has back-to-back national championships in college football, it’s the SEC that has their own Netflix special / Shut Up Sipple (sponsored by Bagels & Joe) Aug 11, 2025

Show notes

“It just means more” is the phrase we hear from the SEC all the time; well, now they have their own Netflix documentary out, covering the 2024 football season

It’s called “SEC Football: Any Given Saturday,” and features everyone from Hugh Freeze to Diego Pavia and more…do we expect the B1G to follow suit with their own? And would it be mocked for following the SEC’s footsteps?
