Are you assuming responsibility for your life? Episode 77 with The Real Brad Lea (TRBL). Guest: Weldon Long. Jun 02, 2018
    Show notes

Season two starts off right, with a speaker, coach, mentor and author, Weldon Long.

It's All About the User Experience. Episode 76 with The Real Brad Lea (TRBL). Guest: Brook Sheehan. Apr 26, 2018
    Show notes

Crowdsourcing is coming up in a big way. You can split the cost of a car ride with strangers, rent an entire vehicle by the hour, stay in stranger's far-flung vacation homes, find responsible sitters for your pets, and even swap unwanted clothing or household goods.

Even better, not only is crowdsourcing a handy way to get things done on a budget, the focus on splitting costs (and resources) is also great for the environment.

So, what's next on the crowdsourcing horizon? Brook Shehand would love to add almost-expired food items to the list of swappable items that can now be found on an app.

Would you eat your neighbor's almost-spoiled groceries? Check out what Brad has to say about Brook's idea in this episode of Dropping Bombs.

Act, Learn, & Repeat. Episode 75 with The Real Brad Lea (TRBL). Guest: Daymond John. Apr 20, 2018
    Show notes

Daymond John sits down with Brad to drop some knowledge on the squad. You might know Daymond from the hit show Shark Tank, but this experienced entrepreneur has been perfecting his hustle for 36 years.

Lesson number one? "If you can't innovate, you might be doing the wrong thing," says Daymond. "People who are passionate and driven about their business don't have a shortage of ideas."

    Let the bombdiggity drop.

Don't want to get left behind? Then tune into this knowledge-packed episode that will keep you motivated long past the first listen.

Be Grateful Everyday. Episode 74 with The Real Brad Lea (TRBL). Guest: Nick Santonastasso. Apr 17, 2018
    Show notes

If Nick Santonastasso can wake-up grateful every day, what's your excuse? At 21 years old, he already holds rank as an internet sensation and fitness champion and is now making rounds as a motivational speaker whose story resonates with audiences worldwide.

What makes Nick such an inspiration?

Nick was born with Hanhart Syndrome, a rare condition that affects the development of limbs and organs. With a 30% chance of survival, Nick was fortunate that his organs were unaffected by the defect. Instead, Hanhart Syndrome deprived him of both legs and a portion of one arm—which hasn't stopped him one bit.

From voluntarily amputating the remainder of his right arm so that he could compete on the school wrestling team to waking up every day in a determined state of gratitude, Nick Santonastasso's story is nothing short of remarkable.

"I realized early on that he world isn't going to stop for me just because I was born like this," he tells Brad. "Life is fast; it's important to keep perspective."

So, we'll ask you again, what's your excuse?

Do More, Get More. Episode 73 with The Real Brad Lea (TRBL). Guest: Carly Evaristo. Apr 16, 2018
    Show notes

Brad sits down with Carly Evaristo to chat about the attitude of gratitude and how to ride the line between being thankful, staying hungry—and the stress of wondering if what you did was good enough.

Does Brad ever get stressed? Nope. "The less you give a fuck, the happier you'll be," he says.

"Most people are risk-averse. But, think about the last damn thing you worried about. Did everything turn out okay? Most likely, now everything is fine, and you're on your way."

So, what IS the sweet spot between avoiding comfort and getting stressed?

It's simple: Lean in. Do the best you can. Stand in your convictions. Be confident in who you are and what you do. And, always, ALWAYS give 100%.

An Eye On the Future. Episode 72 with The Real Brad Lea (TRBL). Guest: Johnny Cardon. Apr 13, 2018
    Show notes

Brad sits down with Johnny Cardon, LightSpeed VT's resident handyman, to explore how this talented, almost-famous rock n' roller wound up screwing light bulbs instead of groupies.

After an unflinching, honest look at over a decade's worth of questionable choices that have led to Johnny's scooter-driving, back-porch-sleeping lifestyle, Brad dishes out some tough love.

"We all possess what it takes to win," says Brad. "But, if you keep not taking these insignificant actions on a daily basis, they're going to add up and bite you in the ass."

Don't miss what might be the most motivating Dropping Bombs yet! And, remember, sure taking ownership is hard, but never reaching your potential is a hell of a lot harder.

The Hardcore Closer. Episode 71 with The Real Brad Lea (TRBL). Guest: Ryan Stewman. Apr 06, 2018

"What do you think about people who say they hate to sell?"—That's the question that really kicks things off as Brad sits down with Ryan Stewman, otherwise known as The Hardcore Closer.

Ryan's answer might surprise you. According to him, EVERYONE can sell. The only thing they're lacking is people to sell too. (Even better, he has the numbers to prove it.) And, if you think success just fell into Ryan Stewman's lap, think again. You'll have to tune in to hear his full story, but just know that "hardcore" doesn't come from enjoying an easy ride.

Learn more by tuning into these two sales heavyweights talk about drumming up and generating leads where in counts: online.

Stop Thinking Small. Episode 68 with The Real Brad Lea (TRBL). Guest: Matt Manero. Mar 13, 2018
    Show notes

Matt Manero, author of You Need More Money, believes that life starts at 150,000 a year. Though, he admits, it gets really good at about 500,000.

Did your brain blank out at those numbers? You're not alone. "The reality is that most people don't have success. They're broke," says Matt. But, if you're going to aim for more income, why cap potential at 75,000 per year?

"Being able to step in and help my family when they needed me was the greatest gift I ever got," says Matt. "But I had to help myself first."

Helping you make more money is exactly what Matt Manero's book is all about. So, are you ready to wake up and solve your financial problems once and for all? Check out this episode of Dropping Bombs to find out.
