    Show notes

Welcome back to Drink More Water episode 8! We are joined with Georgia Richards again this week for a bit of a catch up on each other's lives and also for a bit of moral support by Georgia as Sophie and Riley get ready to get their tattoos removed! The girls also answer an array of questions sent in by the listeners. They discuss moving overseas, unpopular fitness opinions, personal challenges they have each experienced in their fitness journeys, why Riley hasn’t paired her phone to her apple watch yet, and how to deal with anxiety and hard times especially when working online. The girls also touch on how important it is to be content within yourself, rather than relying on material objects or other people to make you happy and also how lowering your expectations for yourself and others leads to less pressure and less disappointment. This podcast ends with an interesting weekly recommendation…
