NFC West Best-Ball Study Hall 2-21-22 Feb 21, 2022

Show notes

Jared joins Tod Burros (@BestballNFL) to close out this 8-part series with a dig into the NFC West. There are, of course, questions about whether Cooper Kupp can repeat, whether Cam Akers can rebound and whether Odell Beckham Jr. will return. There are questions regarding who will surround Kyler Murray in Arizona ... and whether the QB himself will stick around. We're all wondering what the Trey Lance switch will do to San Francisco's offense -- and whether Deebo Samuel makes sense at his newly steep ADP. Seattle has a lot of its own questions to answer, starting with Russell Wilson. And the guys branch out from the division to explore Matthew Stafford's legacy as well as how best-ball tournament advance rates can help your drafting.

Here's the rundown:

Stafford in the NFL Hall of Fame? ... 00:28

Los Angeles Rams ... 6:44

Arizona Cardinals ... 28:31

San Francisco 49ers ... 42:09

Seattle Seahawks ... 49:25

AFC West Best-Ball Study Hall 2-19-22 Feb 19, 2022

Show notes

The AFC West gave us a pair of playoff teams in the 2021 NFL season, plus another that just missed. But what lies ahead for a Justin Herbert and a Chargers offense that might be hitting reset at WR and TE? Should you draft the Broncos right now as though they're getting Aaron Rodgers? Is Javonte Williams going too early? Are the Chiefs already showing signs of decline? and do the Raiders present the most value in early 2022 best-ball drafts? Matt joins Tod Burros (@BestballNFL) to talk through each team (and related topics).

Here's the rundown ...

Kansas City Chiefs ... 2:28

Las Vegas Raiders ... 22:55

Los Angeles Chargers ... 36:23

Denver Broncos ... 47:55

Best-Ball Study Hall NFC South 2-16-22 Feb 17, 2022

Show notes

Jared joins Tod Burros (@BestballNFL) for the 6th episode in this series. But just how much is there to dig into in the NFC South? Tom Brady's retirement means 3 of 4 teams face bit QB questions. And the other might rather have a question to answer there instead of Matt Ryan's huge contract. But we can't ignore these situations, because they'll impact the outlooks -- and early ADPs -- of wide receivers such as Mike Evans, Michael Thomas and D.J. Moore. There's also backfield uncertainty to address here. And Tod even accidentally grants us all insight into his drafting with a co-manager ...

Tampa Bay Buccaneers ... 1:02

New Orleans Saints ... 12:59

Carolina Panthers ... 25:33

Atlanta Falcons ... 33:41

The Deep End: Early ADP Review 2-8-22 Feb 11, 2022

Show notes

It's been a little while, so Mike Schopp and Adam Krautwurst are excited to get back to it. Best-ball drafting for the 2022 fantasy football season is already underway, and that means we already have usable ADP numbers. The Deep End boys are reviewing some of their early drafting to talk through some picks and strategies. Is Jonathan Taylor really the clear-cut #1, or is a big name being overlooked? Who's staying on the draft board longer than he should? Who's going too early? And just how much do Mike and Adam agree on ... ?

Best-Ball Study Hall AFC South 2-7-22 Feb 09, 2022

Show notes

It's already been an interesting offseason for the AFC South, which has replaced half of its head coaches. Derrick Henry remains in the middle of Round 1 in current best ball drafts. But does he belong there? Do we know who will play QB for the Colts in 2022 -- or WR or TE, for that matter? Doug Pederson's Jaguars and ... Lovie Smith's (???) Texans might have more questions to answer than we have to say about them.

Tennessee Titans ... 6:46

Indianapolis Colts ... 27:34

Jacksonville Jaguars ... 43:19

Houston Texans ... 50:08
