Also Vice-President elect Kamala Harris will be the first Afro-Asian woman to hold that office. Today Devin and Morgan speak to their gratefulness and pride in cities like Detroit, Flint, Philly, Milwaukee, Savannah and Atlanta. These are some of the Blackest cities in America by population and by culture and they showed out helping turn what would’ve been red states blue. The girls discuss why it is important for Black people to take in this victory and realize what we can accomplish in large numbers. Not for a specific party, but for ourselves and the advancement of our people. Now is the time to hold the new administration accountable in the same way we did the previous one, now is not the time to rest on our laurels.
