Kirk graduated dental school in 1997 and began working in private practice. Gaining experience in practices from solo operator, to large group practice. In 2005 he earned a certificate of orofacial pain from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and began tailoring his general dental practice to facial pain and sleep.

From 2011 to 2015, Kirk served as assistant professor at Dalhousie University's Faculty of Dentistry including one year as interim director of Dental Anatomy and Occlusion.

In 2014, Kirk decided to pursue business education and attended Royal Roads University for his certificate of executive coaching. He now divides his time between private dental practice and his executive coaching career.

Kirk is a husband and father of a 5 year old daughter. He spends his spare time playing drums in a garage band, and with various artistic pursuits (painting, sketching, and "making").

Fred Joyal co-founded the 1-800-DENTIST referral service in 1986. It's the largest dental referral business in the country, with over 250 employees and serving every state. 1-800-DENTIST strives to be the best way to find a dentist, by screening dentists on an ongoing basis, and having more information on the practice than any other resource. Joyal has written over 100 television commercials, appeared in more than 25, and directed 20 of them; his goal is to create a single commercial that makes everyone in America want to go to the dentist immediately. Joyal currently lectures on practice marketing to groups of dentists around the country, focusing on building patient loyalty and increasing production by better communication, mindset and attitude. He published his first book, "Everything is Marketing: The Ultimate Strategy for Dental Practice Growth," and just released his newest book, "Becoming Remarkable: Creating a Dental Practice Everyone Talks About".

Rick serves on several boards that include a non profit dental clinic that helps underprivileged children who can't afford dental care among over local boards. Dr. Panjali is a graduate from New York University. He received his post graduate training in dental implants from Germany 1992. In 2004, he continued his training in Implant Dentistry at New York University and has a Master's Degree in Oral Implantology, Frankfurt University, Germany.

Dr Panjali is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, and Diplomat of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He is an active member of several dental organizations and has been lecturing on Dental Implants nationally and internationally since 1996. He has trained well over 1000 dentists within the US and many more worldwide. He has Published several articles on bone augmentation, immediate placement and managing Infected sockets in national an international journals.

He has evaluated and lectured on several leading implant systems and presents a versatile approach in treatment planning as well as surgical techniques. He has helped develop surgical instruments that have made surgical procedures easier for both dentists and assistants. He has been developing surgical techniques which make immediate placement more predictably even in infected sites and has developed a protocol to achieve predictable results. He is also developing a new, no drill osteotomy technique for surgical implant placement.

He owns and operates an active private practice in Watertown, as well as in midtown Manhattan, with emphasis on Implant Dentistry.

Dean Mersky, DDS, founder & president, OPT-In Management, LLC. Dr. Mersky practiced general dentistry in Manhattan Beach, CA for 26 years. His private practiced focused on maladies of the temporomandibular joint (TMJ), full mouth reconstruction, and cosmetic dentistry. His professional memberships included the American Society for Dental Aesthetics, and the Northeast Gnathological Society. With a back injury forcing his retirement from clinical practice in 2002, Dr. Mersky joined the Captek company as director of clinical communication. In that role, he reviewed and reported on clinical and technical research, authored numerous papers for publication for Inside Dental Technology, Dental Town Journal, Journal of Dental Technology, Dentistry Today, Lab Management Today, and the quarterly issue of American Society for Dental Aesthetics, and lectured nationally and internationally for both dentist and dental technicians. After a year of serving as implant coordinator for a large dental laboratory, Dr. Mersky launched OPT-In Dental Laboratory Cooperative, October, 2012, a dental laboratory organization comprised only of small laboratory owners. Recognizing that private practitioners have the same disadvantages and needs as small dental labs, he launched OPT-In Dental Advantage in June, 2014. Dr. Mersky graduated from the University of Detroit School of Dentistry, 1976, and holds a Bachelor's degree in public health, from UCLA.

Associate Dean for Research, and Professor of Prosthodontics and Operative Dentistry at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. With an expertise in Clinical Research and Esthetic Dentistry, he is a reviewer for The New England Journal of Medicine, JADA, The Journal of Dental Materials, and the Journal of Dentistry. He is on the Editorial Board of the The Journal of Cosmetic Dentistry, Compendium and Inside Dentistry. He is a Fellow in the American and International Colleges of Dentistry as well as the Academy of General Dentistry and the Academy of Dental Materials. Dr Kugel is on the Board of Directors of the CRA Foundation, and has his M.S. in Anatomy and Cellular Biology and his Ph.D. in Dental Materials. He received his Executive Certificate in Management from the MIT Sloan School of Business in 2009.

Dr. Kugel has published over 130 articles and over 300 abstracts in the field of restorative materials and techniques. He was given over 350 lectures both nationally and internationally. Dr. Kugel is part of a group practice, the Boston Center for Oral Health, located in Back Bay, Boston.

Dr. Brad Eli is an orofacial pain specialist with offices in San Diego. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orofacial Pain and Diplomate of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine. He has medical/dental appointments at 6 regional hospitals in Southern California, and is an expert witness. His referral network includes physicians, cardiologists, pulmonologists, ENT physicians, oral surgeons, endodontists, periodontists, general dentists. He is recognized by medical and dental experts for success with complex cases.

Dr. Eli has managed his Pain Center for over 25 years using a multi-disciplinary protocol to treat acute and chronic pain and headache patients. Refined techniques include appliance therapy, behavior modification, psychology, physical medicine and anesthesiology.

He also has managed a Sleep Practice for over 25 years offering all non-surgical therapies for sleep disordered breathing. Treatment is based on a disease management model involving recall and retesting, resulting in high rates of compliance with prescribed treatment including CPAP and/or oral appliance therapy.
