Keaton is my husband and has had a very successful start to his 20's (yes I am biased), but we break down his mindset and how he takes care of his mental health. He is one of the strongest people I know mentally, so I pick his brain a bit! He shares his story of grinding at a young age due to his ironic laziness and how he maintains motivation to work. He also shares things he's learned from being in a relationship with me (someone who has historically struggled mentally) and shares some tips for people who have a partner who struggles the same way.
