    Following the mob violence at the U.S. Capitol last week, Facebook suspended President Donald Trump from its platform, and Twitter followed suit shortly thereafter.


    Over the weekend, Google and Apple removed Parler, a social media platform widely used by conservatives, from its app stores. Then, Amazon suspended Parler from its web services Sunday evening. Now, many Americans are voicing their concerns over the power such platforms have to limit free speech.


    Klon Kitchen, director of the Center for Technology Policy at The Heritage Foundation, joins the show to explain why Twitter and Facebook say they banned the president, and why Google, Apple, and Amazon are actively suppressing Parler.


    Kitchen also explains what laws and reforms are needed to keep the power of technology giants in check.

    • Democrats file an impeachment article against Trump, citing the Jan. 6 unrest at the Capitol.

    Reporter Who Followed the Mob Into the Capitol Shares What He Saw Jan 08, 2021

    Julio Rosas, a senior writer for Townhall, was at the Capitol on Wednesday when violence broke out as supporters of President Donald Trump forced their way into the building.


    Rosas, who has spent the past several months reporting on riots across America, followed the mob inside the Capitol to capture the situation on video. He joins the show today to explain what it was like to be in the middle of the chaos.

    What Georgia Voters Think About the Political Direction of Their State Jan 07, 2021

    Democrats Raphael Warnock and Jon Ossoff appear to have defeated incumbent Republicans Sen. Kelly Loeffler and Sen. David Perdue, giving the Democrats a majority in the U.S. Senate.


    Georgia’s two runoff elections were required under state law after no candidate received a majority of the votes on Nov. 3.

    Janae Stracke, the grassroots director of Heritage Action for America, the lobbying arm of The Heritage Foundation, has been on the ground in Georgia for weeks to mobilize voters.


    Stracke joins "The Problematic Women Podcast" to explain what it takes to run a grassroots campaign effort, and what she heard from voters on the ground in Georgia, who are concerned over the direction in which their state appears to be headed.

    Why These 2 Floridians Are Traveling to DC for the March for Trump Jan 06, 2021

    Supporters of President Donald Trump from around the country will gather in Washington, D.C., on Jan. 6 to hold a March for Trump near the White House to “demand transparency and election integrity.”
