Close your eyes,

And begin to notice your breath.

Not to change it—

Just to observe.

PAUSE (5 SEC)...

Feel the inhale move in through your nose.

Feel the exhale drift out slowly through your mouth.

Again—inhale, gently…

Exhale, slowly…

PAUSE (10 SEC)...

Let yourself soften into this rhythm.

Let the breath move you.

Let it open space inside your chest.

Let it settle your nervous system.
