Hey, it's Katie. I'm so grateful you're here. ! No matter where you're listening from, I hope this moment brings you a little bit more peace. I'm so grateful you've been listening to our meditations.

I've been thinking a lot lately about how, in order to be the best versions of ourselves, we need to constantly change.

If we can agree that our number one priority in life is to know ourselves (so we may consciously create this lovely life of ours according to our own desires and rules), then can we also agree that there will be times when knowing ourselves requires us to undo ourselves?

To undo norms and habits we have that no longer are working for us.

To undo beliefs that are not in line with what we want to create.

To undo ways of being that aren’t…quite…right anymore.

You are inherently abundant,

As nature does not rush, yet everything is accomplished.

Abundance is not something you acquire,

It is something you tune into.

Abundance transcends material wealth—

It is the profound joy of being,

The richness found in each moment,

And the boundless supply of love, creativity, and spirit available to us.

It's recognizing that life’s true gifts are abundant:

Friendships that nourish,

Experiences that enrich,

And endless opportunities for growth and connection.

Abundance is an attitude,

A mindset that appreciates the fullness of life and the endless flow of blessings,

Both seen and unseen.

It is feeling wealthy in life’s intangible treasures

And knowing that the universe is generous and supportive.
