Andy came down to Florida in 1995. While looking to buy a business, he encountered a company named Transworld Business Brokers. He continued his search for a business, but was offered a position at Transworld as an agent. He joined the company and quickly became one of South Florida’s top performers. Now over thirty-eight years old, Transworld Business Advisors is the number one business brokerage and an international Franchisor through a partnership with United Franchise Group. They have currently over 400 business brokers in the organization and have over 3,000 businesses for sale. They also have 120+ franchisees in the US and several internationally. Andy is a recognized speaker and trainer in the subject of business sales, valuation and negotiations. He has taught his self-authored negotiations class to associations, construction companies, media sales teams, government agencies, high school & university students. His signature charity event "Andy's Family Pasta Dinner" is in its 16th year and has raised over $1,000,000. He is father to two. Rachel, Lauren and his wife, Allison are Hollywood residents (Allison since 1970, Andy since 1994).

Ep21: Don't Forget! Feb 21, 2023

Coming out of anesthesia after he had heart surgery in 2014, still foggy and incoherent Burt asked, “Did I die? Am I in Heaven?” Eight years later, still alive and kicking with inventions, Burt Firtel thanks his heart surgeon, Dr. Richard Cartledge, Boca Raton, Florida for eight years of gravy so far and more enroute.

During his working years, Burt sold and distributed pharmaceuticals, disposable medical supplies, and ironically funeral supplies he fortunately never needed for himself.

“My wife and I did a little travelling, played a little golf and since 1974 I’ve owned and raced trotting harness horses. Now in my 83rd year, and my wife gone since 2008, I’ve shelved the retirement word and I’m on a very productive phase of my life.”

Burt wrote and self-published a book, The Legend of the Cap, a history, mystery, and fantasy of golf, a fictional story involving real characters and spanning more than 100 years of golf.

Tal Frydman is an Executive Managing Director with Newmark’s Multifamily Capital Markets group. Based in the firm’s Boca Raton office, Mr. Frydman brings to his position more than 20 years of real estate experience. He and his team manage the disposition of multifamily properties throughout South Florida as part of the firm’s statewide middle markets platform, which focuses on non-institutional, typically B- and C-class properties located in all markets as well as all multifamily properties located in secondary and tertiary markets.

Prior to joining Newmark, Mr. Frydman was a senior director at Berkadia, where he launched the firm’s investment sales division for South Florida. Prior to Berkadia, Mr. Frydman was a first vice president for 16 years with Marcus & Millichap. Mr. Frydman has been recognized by numerous industry publications and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences.

Dan has been a property manager and real estate investor for over 20 years. He got his start investing and operating rental properties in Chicago in the mid 1990’s. Over the years, he has owned and operated over 20 apartment buildings and 5 commercial properties, while simultaneously managing hundreds of units. Dan handles all aspects of investment and real estate; from acquiring and negotiating contracts, to rehabilitating the units to achieve the highest and best rents, maintaining the buildings, and keeping the properties fully rented to maintain the best possible profit. His specific experience includes condominium conversion projects, and building out commercial and residential properties. Dan has vast experience in real estate investing and property management. He is currently a licensed real estate agent in Florida.
