The man accused of shooting postal worker Angela Summers over mail delivery has pleaded guilty to second-degree murder. Tony Cushingberry is now facing life in prison. Summers had problems delivering mail to a home because of an aggressive Chihuahua. Repeated requests to the resident to curb the dog go unheeded. When Cushingberry's expected mail isn't delivered, he gets hostile and Summers is shot and killed.

More salacious details are revealed as more than 6,000 pages of documents have been unsealed in the Johnny Depp/Amber Heard defamation trial. Both sides have filed for appeals in the case. This document dump reveals lots of evidence each side wanted to bring into the US courtroom, but was excluded by the judge.
Among the details:
Depp's team wanted to introduce nude photos of Heard into evidence, her history as an exotic dancer and claims that she had been an escort.
Heard's team tried to submit evidence that Depp has erective dysfunction, using medical records.
Also included were texts between Depp and Marilyn Mason, texts between Heard and Johnny Depp's former personal assistant, and more.

The trial continues for Yaser Said, accused of killing his teen daughters. January 1, 2008, Said forced the girls to go with him to dinner, alone. This, after the girls and their mother had left the dad, hiding in Oklahoma following years of controlling and manipulation. The family returned to Texas after promises from the father.
Police say Said drove them in a taxi cab to a hotel and shot his daughters. Amina was shot twice in the chest. Sarah, the younger daughter, was shot 9 times. Sarah managed to call 911 for help, naming her father as their killer.

The body of Margaret "Maggie" Sniegowski is found by a farmer, dumped along a central Indiana highway. Police say the teen had been dead for several days. At the time, however, no one knew who the girl was and it would be 20 years before the 17-year-old was identified, thanks to DNA technology.
Boone County Coroner Justin Sparks said an autopsy ruled her cause of death as undetermined. Sheriff Mike Nielsen said there were indications Sniegowski may have been strangled. The focus now is to find who killed her.
