3102 The Power of Doing Jul 17, 2023
    Show notes

"Our greatest fear should not be of failure but of succeeding at things in life that don't really matter (Francis Chan)." So what would happen if you embrace the power of doing?

Just do it! It's been Nike's slogan for as long as I can remember.

Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co

But because of mind games and tricks that we play on ourselves, it's easy to get in the way of the direction we need to go.

Your calling doesn't happen unless you do it. Your purpose here on earth will fall apart unless you do it. Your passion will fade into the night unless you ignite it.

You have got to stay in the game of life and do what you were called to do.

    Just do it.

Yet as easy as that rolls off our tongues, following through can be the greatest hurdle. You see all the possibilities of what might not happen. Then you wrestle with all the possibilities of what could happen. The fluctuation between this, that, and the other, only holds you prisoner to what you won't do.

You must get off the baseline and begin the truck to the top of the mountain. Yes, you will run into a few valleys along the way. You might even face a few unexpected detours and visitors you have to deal with.

But until you are ready to embrace the power of doing, the only results you'll achieve will be mediocre. For a season, those results might be okay.

However, is that what you really want for the rest of your life? Is that where you want to land with your passion?

God has equipped you to do great things. But greatness comes with a charge, and that charge is in the power of doing.

    Just do it!

The K.I.S.S. ~ Just do it!

Let me ask you. What have you been contemplating lately? What have you been mulling over in your mind that won't fade away? What dreams do you still have within you that you know deep down is still possible, even in the season that you are in?

Life is not about what others make of it for you. Yes, you have to seize the opportunity. But you also need to create your now. You need to get in the driver's seat and take this journey of the unknown by storm. With each twist and turn, roundabout, and detour, you can rise above your fears and experience success where it does matter.

    Just do it!

    1. Do it with no compromise. You can be your worst enemy when it comes to moving forward. You can come up with every excuse under the sun to not do something. Your limitations on yourself might be the only thing standing in your way. So instead of fighting what you think might happen, just take the next step. "One step at a time leads to miles of greatness!" ~ Krisitanne Wargo
    2. Do it with conviction. If you come at life with a mediocre attitude, the results will be just that...so-so. You deserve your best. So don't sit back and wonder if you can or if you can't. Don't play the mind games of the should have, would have, could haves of the past. Commit to where you are and where you are headed; that next step. You don't have to look too far to do what you need to do now.
    3. Do it with confidence. As much as you can be your worst enemy, on the flip side, you must be your biggest cheerleader. If you are always second-guessing what you need to be doing, you will loiter in limbo land. You will continue to strengthen that which you don't desire. Playing full-out in the game of life with confidence gives you the opportunity to make adjustments, to see what's possible, and to engage your passion to perform at your best.

You can choose to hang out with what isn't working, or accomplishing things that don't matter so you don't have to face your fears. Meanwhile, your dreams will continue to dwindle, leaving not much room for you to fulfill your calling.

Life is a gift, and breath is a blessing. Don't let your fears suffocate you. You are created for more, so create your now.

"Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"

3100 Make Your "Yes" Be Yes! Jul 15, 2023
    Show notes

Loving someone takes extraordinary effort to build a marriage to what you think you desire. But first, it comes with a decision and a commitment. Make your "yes" be YES!

In a world where relationships and commitments are often treated lightly, making a strong and lasting commitment to marriage is truly admirable.

Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co

Marriage is a beautiful union that requires dedication and effort from both partners.

While marriage may not always resemble the perfect love stories we see in Hallmark movies, by following certain principles and committing to a few key things, we can create a strong foundation for our marriage.

4 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5 It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. ~ (1 Corinthians 13:4-7 NIV)

At some point, you have to establish what marriage means to you. You have got to define what you want your marriage to be, and then commit to it.

Because if you don't commit, you will always be floundering. You can turn your back one day and quit the marriage.

The K.I.S.S. ~ Make your "yes" be YES!

When you make a definitive commitment, a decision to last for a lifetime, then you open the door for God to work in your marriage.

    1. Maintain peace by having a humble attitude. You don't know it all, and you can't have a marriage with just you. It takes two. So, be humble. Stop acting like a jerk for no reason.
    2. Look for the good, not the bad. It's easy to point out someone else's junk before you see the good. The junk is always there. It's like asking your children to pick up their toys and clothes in their room. It just stays there and does not move.
    3. Be willing to do things God's way, no matter how hard it is. You don't know it all, and if you did, you wouldn't be where you are today. So let God in.

    Make your "Yes" be YES!

"Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"

3099 You Are More Than You've Been Told Jul 14, 2023
    Show notes

Never does any parent want their child to feel unworthy. But in a world that knocks your kid down more than builds them up, we have to stand up and remind them– you are more than you've been told.

It's unfortunate that we even have to have this conversation. And I must say, first and foremost, this is not a social media bashing session.

Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co

Yes, it plays a huge role in our children's lives. However, there are still a lot of other factors that impact your child's self-esteem.

I can remember, way back when, the word "self-esteem" was popular.

And now, it's all but crickets.

Do we really care about our kiddos?

Now, this is an honest question that I want you to process. Because I think we have become so immune to our children's needs for the mere fact that our own aspirations and desires overcome our need to parent first.

There was a story I read where a physician was killed in his exam room by a patient. And this patient is about upper 20s or so, with no prior criminal history. Now this is what I know at the time of reading the article.

It is a tragic situation. I've been praying for the family. It's disturbing.

And then I look at the other side, and wonder– Are we doing what our kiddos need from us?

This young man could be my child, age-wise. So I want you to be honest with yourself. No one is going to look over your shoulder or grade you directly. You are grading yourself.

With all of the technology and all we can do around the globe with just movements of our fingers, the distraction is HUGE!!! It's like outer space HUGE!!! And I wonder if when I had younger kids, could I have been so distracted by my dreams that I didn't give my own children the attention they deserve as their parent.

    What do you think?

Are you giving your time, attention, and energy to the degree that is required to raise incredible kids?

The reason why I ask this is because we have so many children growing up not knowing how to respect others, how to control emotions, how to act with restraint; really understanding the way we relate as human beings, not barbaric creatures.

There's no blame game here. This is a safe place to really think about whether or not you are giving your children what they need.

Because if they don't get it from home, and they are struggling in school with others and their friends, we have a problem.

Now, this is where I believe social media comes in. Teachers and school administrators can't do everything.

When are we going to start working as a team, and what part of that team are you playing on?

If this is going to happen, we have to step up as a family.

The K.I.S.S. ~ Step up as a family!

These are things I want you to consider with your children when something is off, not normal for your child.

    1. Signs of Abrupt Change -- Have you noticed any differences in their attitude, how they're dressing, the words they use, or their facial expressions. Anything that's unusual for their typical behavior.

    2. Physical Touch Extremes -- Maybe your child was a hugger, and now they are not hugging at all; more distance. Or maybe they're too touchy.

    3. The Hangout Buddies -- Who are your kiddos hanging out with? The same friends, or new ones. Or they more isolated?

All of these are indications that something is not good. Attention is needed, bring on the Mama PI. You gotta strike while the iron's hot.

    1. Support with unconditional love. "Love vs. Yell" -- One of the most crucial aspects of supporting your child's self-worth is creating a foundation of unconditional love. Make sure your child knows that your love for them is unwavering, regardless of their achievements or mistakes. This unconditional love provides them with a sense of security, allowing them to feel confident and capable.
    2. Teach resilience. -- Resilience is a valuable skill that supports your child's emotional well-being and resilience. By teaching them how to handle challenges and setbacks, you equip them with the tools to bounce back confidently.
    3. Instill a sense of purpose. -- Another way to support your child's self-worth is by helping them find and pursue their passions and purpose in life. Help them live their lives boldly.

As a parent, we take this silent, sacred oath that we will care for our children and their needs, and that includes their self-esteem.

And I must add -- If at any point you feel overwhelmed as to how your child is acting and appearing to you, seek professional help!

We need to raise the level of our involvement as parents. That's our job; that's our responsibility.

"Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"

3098 The Stage Is Yours Jul 13, 2023
    Show notes

You are the director of your life. Don't play the scripts of others. Break free from the words on the page and write your own script. The stage is yours!

It's time to break free from constantly looking at others, comparing achievements, and chasing someone else's dreams. Life is too short to be any other character than yourself. So, why not let your authentic self take center stage?

Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co

When you live your life based on someone else's script, you start losing touch with your own passions and desires. The energy and enthusiasm that once drove you fade away. Instead of feeling empowered, you end up exhausted and constantly questioning your worth. Your passion begins to dissolve, leaving the residue of "I'm not good enough."

It's time to break free from these limiting beliefs and stand up for yourself.

The K.I.S.S. ~ The stage is yours!

Nobody ever achieved greatness by playing it safe and staying inside their comfort zone. Embrace the challenges and setbacks that come your way, knowing that they are stepping stones toward your personal growth. Embrace an attitude of resilience and determination, and you will undoubtedly shine brighter than ever before.

Release the burden of comparison and self-doubt. When you give yourself permission to be yourself, you allow your true potential to shine through. Embrace your quirks, flaws, and unique attributes. It's in these aspects that your brilliance lies. Remember, your journey is incomparable and incomprehensible to others.

Today, choose yourself. Embrace your uniqueness and take charge of your life. Trust that you have the power to navigate your own path and fulfill your deepest desires. Don't let the scripts of others limit your potential.

Stand up, not for everyone else, but for yourself. God created you on purpose with a calling that only you can fulfill.

    Nothing is impossible.

So shred the thoughts of what puts you on edge, and walk on the edge of glory of who you are becoming. This is your day to be the brightest star you see. Go and shine! The stage is yours!

"Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"

3097 Little Things Make a Big Difference Jul 12, 2023
    Show notes

When trying countless diets or embarking on strenuous workouts, these types of regimens are short-lived. But optimal health finds success in small steps. That's right- little things make a big difference.

We live in a fast-paced world where instant gratification is the norm. We want quick fixes and instant results.

Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co

However, sustainable health and well-being require a shift in mindset. It requires us to do something different, to get out of our norm.

So instead of reaching for that extreme diet or obsessing over the latest fitness trends, it's time to focus on the little things that can lead to long-term success.

The K.I.S.S. ~ Do the little things!

Here are three ways to start doing the little things:

    1. Prioritize How and When You Eat

One of the most effective ways to improve your health is through mindful eating. This means slowing down and savoring each bite, paying attention to the textures, flavors, and sensations in your mouth. By doing so, you become more in tune with your body's hunger and fullness cues, and you are less likely to overeat. Start by practicing this during one meal each day. Turn off distractions, chew your food thoroughly, and take the time to truly enjoy your meal. Soon enough, mindful eating will become a habit that positively impacts your overall health.

    2. Incorporate Intentional Movement into Your Daily Routine

Exercise doesn't always have to involve grueling hours at the gym or intense workout sessions. It's about finding ways to incorporate movement into your daily routine. Whether it's taking the stairs instead of the elevator, going for a walk during your lunch break, or doing a quick 15-minute workout at home, every bit of movement counts. By making these small changes, you'll be increasing your physical activity level without overwhelming yourself.

    3. Get Enough Quality Sleep

Sleep is often underestimated in its role in overall health. Poor sleep can lead to increased stress levels, impaired cognitive function, and a weakened immune system. To prioritize quality sleep, establish a bedtime routine that promotes relaxation and creates a sleep-friendly environment. This can include activities such as reading a book, taking a warm bath, or practicing relaxation techniques like deep breathing or meditation. Aim for 7-9 hours of uninterrupted sleep each night and notice how it positively influences your energy levels and overall well-being.

Instead of scrolling through your phone or watching TV right before bed, try spending the last hour before sleep engaging in a calming activity like reading or journaling. Or maybe you can spend it with your sweetheart and have some alone time. You actually might find that you fall asleep faster and wake up feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

If you want to have the greatest impact on your health, remember that the little things make a big difference. Gradually, you'll develop a healthier lifestyle that outlasts any trendy diet. So start implementing these small changes today, and watch as they add up to significant improvements in your overall well-being. Remember, it's the little things that matter.

"Train for life. Love your journey!"

3096 How Do You Get Back Up? Jul 11, 2023
    Show notes

Motivation isn't something that comes easy, nor is it something that is willed. When life pulls you down, how do you get back up? Because it's not the load that breaks you down; it's the way you carry it.

How did you feel when you woke up this morning?

Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co

Maybe you were encouraged by something that happened yesterday, so today feels pretty good.

Or maybe you are in some struggles where you don't know how you feel or where you stand. There's a little bit of disconnect and frustration.

A lot of life is lived in the latter. You're in this position of uncertainty, and more seems to be down than up.

How do you get back up when all you're feeling is down?

The K.I.S.S. ~ How do you get back up?

Because it is SO frustrating. You want something different, but for whatever reason, you just exist.

No matter what you do, there doesn't seem to be a way to get you to the other side.

No saying can will you to do what just isn't happening.

    • Being tired and not having enough energy is taxing on anyone.
    • Being frustrated because you don't have the answer is challenging.
    • Being so withdrawn, that you don't know if you're coming or going.

When the heart isn't ready, the will can't push it.

    So is all hope lost?

    Of course not!!

You have got to consider the season in which you're hanging out. You have to be real with yourself, or the result is that the reality you're in will hold you back.

Genuine honesty with yourself is the best policy. Look to what you have that's going well for you. Don't smother your thoughts in what you haven't done lately.

Pull up your big girl panties and get in the game of life.

You are going to fall down. And the only what to overcome that is to get back up.

There is no magic formula. There is no saying.

There is your heart connected to a God who loves you, and regardless of your circumstances, He will carry you and be with you through your journey.

The destination is not His concern, and neither should it be yours. It's your readiness to lean in more, to know Him more, to see the little blessings more, to have faith more, to glorify Him more, to love more, to forgive more, to live more.

Yes, life is not easy, but the journey is definitely beautiful, especially when your perspective is from God.

So whatever you face today, this too shall pass.

You were created for such a time as this. Go in peace and create your now.

"Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"

    3095 Belief Has A Sound Jul 10, 2023
    Show notes

Belief has a sound. Sometimes, the greatest challenges arise when we unknowingly embrace falsehoods, misbeliefs, or negative narratives. What does your belief sound like?

These distorted beliefs can lead us astray, hindering our growth and hampering our progress toward a fulfilling life. Belief has a sound.

In life, we often hear the phrase, "What you think about, you bring about." This statement holds a profound truth - our thoughts and beliefs have a powerful impact on our lives. But it is equally important to consider the thoughts and beliefs we accept as truth in our lives.

When we take what is a lie and make it our truth, we inadvertently subject ourselves to a barrage of problems and limitations. These falsehoods seep into the very fabric of our being and impact every aspect of our lives, from our relationships to our personal endeavors. The consequences of harboring false beliefs can manifest as self-doubt, fear, stagnation, and a distorted perception of reality.

One of the primary problems we face when we accept lies as truths is a loss of self-confidence and self-worth. Negative narratives can chip away at our sense of purpose and hinder our abilities to recognize and unleash our full potential. By internalizing false beliefs, we create self-imposed barriers that limit our capabilities and hinder our progress.

Moreover, accepting falsehoods can also strain our relationships with others. When we believe negative narratives, it can lead to distrust, suspicion, and a distorted view of others' intentions. We may find it challenging to form deep and meaningful connections, as our preconceived notions and incorrect assumptions cloud our judgment, preventing us from seeing the true nature of those around us.

Another problem that arises from embracing lies as truths is the hampering of personal growth and achievement. False beliefs can confine us to a mental prison, constraining our outlook and preventing us from seeking new opportunities or exploring our true passions. These limiting beliefs can keep us stuck in unhealthy patterns, preventing us from realizing our dreams and reaching our full potential.

To overcome these problems and maximize our belief for a fulfilling life, it is crucial to practice discernment and self-reflection. We must challenge the beliefs we hold, critically examining whether they align with our values, aspirations, and personal growth. Surrounding ourselves with supportive communities and seeking guidance from mentors or trusted advisors can also help us gain perspective and uncover the truth. By embracing a growth mindset and fostering a sense of curiosity, we can dismantle falsehoods and replace them with empowering beliefs that propel us forward.

The K.I.S.S. ~ Foster a sense of curiosity!

If belief has a sound, how can we maximize your belief to keep you going? Here are three essential practices to solidify this principle in your everyday life, supported by insightful biblical quotes and stories.

    1. Embrace Positive Affirmations

Affirmations are powerful tools that can reinforce positive thoughts and beliefs. By consciously choosing uplifting words and phrases, we can redirect our minds towards a more optimistic outlook. The Bible echoes this concept in Romans 12:2, where it says, "Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind." Replace negative self-talk with empowering affirmations like, "I am capable," "I am worthy," or "I am loved." These statements serve as a constant reminder of your abilities and worth, helping to solidify positive beliefs.

    2. Surround Yourself with Supportive Communities

Remember the story of David and Jonathan? Their deep friendship showed us the power of companionship and support. Just like David and Jonathan, we also need a community that uplifts and encourages us. Surrounding ourselves with like-minded individuals who share similar beliefs and values can help reinforce and strengthen your own convictions. Seek out gatherings, groups, or religious communities that align with your beliefs. Together, you can deepen your faith and continually inspire each other to maximize your belief in yourself and your purpose.

    3. Practice Gratitude

Gratitude is a transformative practice that shifts our focus away from negativity and towards appreciation for the good in our lives. In Philippians 4:6, the Bible says, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God." Take time each day to list at least three things you are grateful for. Whether big or small, these moments of gratitude anchor your belief in the abundance and blessings that surround you, fostering a mindset of positivity and attracting more positive experiences.

Remember, you are not the wizard behind the curtain.

If belief has a sound, you have to know what you're hearing.

    So listen!

Belief, when maximized, can lead us toward a fulfilling and purposeful life. But again, you have to do what you can do and then give the rest to God.

PRAYER: Make your belief a harmonious melody that ignites your heart with joy, love, and courage. May your beliefs guide your actions and establish your thoughts while God shapes your every day better than anything you can imagine.

"Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"

3094 Find Comfort in God's Hidden Presence Jul 09, 2023
    Show notes

Who would think God would hide from us? We all have moments when we sense a distance from God. We can still find comfort in God's hidden presence.

Despite our best efforts, it can feel like God is hiding Himself, which leaves us longing for His presence.

However, God never leaves you nor forsakes you.

Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co

Isaiah 45:15 - "Truly, you are a God who has been hiding himself, the God and Savior of Israel."

But even if God is hiding from you, He is still your God and Savior.

You know, God challenges our faith. Yet we still have to understand that He is still doing work on your behalf. You may feel a little distant, but that doesn't mean He's not moving mountains for you in the background.

It might seem surprising to acknowledge that God hides Himself, but it is a reminder that His ways and methods are beyond our comprehension. In times of feeling distant from God, we may question His presence and wonder why He allows such periods of perceived absence. However, as we read here in Isaiah, it challenges us to have faith and trust in His sovereignty, even when we cannot fully grasp His ways.

Just like the hidden God in Isaiah 45:15, we must learn to trust in God's unseen work during seasons of distance. Although we may not always perceive His presence, God is continuously at work in our lives, orchestrating events and molding us according to His plan.

The K.I.S.S. ~ Find comfort in God's hidden presence!

And that's another reason why we need to be in His Word. Because the Bible acts as a compass, guiding us closer to God, even when we feel distant. By diving into God's Word, you get to discover comfort, direction, and the assurance of His unfailing love. It's in those pages, that His Words speak comfort to us when we feel like we are playing hide and seek.

I mean think about this, there are stories in the Bible of individuals who experienced God's hidden presence but were ultimately drawn nearer to Him.

So during these times of perceived distance, prayer becomes a lifeline to connect with God. Pouring out your heart to Him, sharing your struggles, doubts, and desires, bringing Him into your present circumstances.

Although God's response may not always be immediate or evident, our prayers serve as an avenue for that intimacy with Him.

Now most people don't want to hear that God having His ringer turned off is normal for us here on earth.

And it's not because of what God lacks, but what we lack.

And that, my friend, is the greatest reminder why our faith must be stronger than any feelings. Because feelings are fleeting. But God's love for you is forever.

So cling to His promises, seek Him diligently in His Word, pray, worship, and be grateful for the blessings you choose to see. As you navigate through these seasons where God appears to be hiding, may your faith be strengthened, and may you find hope, comfort, and unwavering trust in our risen Lord and Savior.

    God's got you!

"Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"

3093 How Do You Nurture Hope in Marriage? Jul 08, 2023
    Show notes

How do you nurture hope in marriage? You only succeed to the proportion you work at it. Despite whose fault is what, you can impact and preserve the flickering flames of hope.

Navigating a marriage where one spouse seems less invested can be disheartening. It's a challenge! But it's important to know that you, as an individual, can still make an impact.

Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co

Now I must say that when you're in the thick of it, everything seems impossible.

But as you know, nothing is impossible with God. And if you are willing and ready to take A.I.M., God will work on your spouse while you work on yourself.

You see, that's the problem. Most people blame their spouses for the troubles in their marriage. Yet just as it takes two to tango, it takes two to get you where you are; good, bad, or ugly.

So you genuinely want to nurture hope in your marriage, you have to be willing to look in the mirror.

Because if not, you might as well turn off this episode and stop listening to me.

You need to do your part in order to nurture hope in your marriage.

So what can you do since you're in it to win it?

The K.I.S.S. ~ Be in it to win it!

You have gotta be in it to win it. You have got to be drivin' the boat, not just floating in the water. Because eventually, you'll sink otherwise.

    1. Lead by Example

When there are situations where one spouse appears less committed, it's crucial to lead by example and demonstrate the qualities you desire in your marriage. By doing so, it allows you to make a positive impact while still respecting your partner's journey.

    a. Communicate with compassion: Enhance your communication skills by expressing your hopes, concerns, and desires with love and empathy. Show your commitment by listening actively. Respond thoughtfully to your spouse's needs.

    b. Foster personal growth: Focus on your own personal growth and development. By becoming the best version of yourself, you not only increase your confidence but also inspire your partner to embark on their own journey of self-improvement.

    c. Show love and kindness: Even in the face of challenges, continue to demonstrate love, kindness, and gratitude. Small gestures, acts of service, and affectionate moments can reignite a spark and remind your partner of the beauty and potential of your relationship.

    2. Seek Professional Support

When faced with a seemingly imbalanced level of commitment, seeking professional help can be a transformative step. A marriage counselor or therapist can provide guidance, tools, and strategies to navigate the challenges you may be facing. If you're in the water, you need to know how to get back in the boat.

    a. Encourage the idea of counseling: Approach the subject of counseling with sensitivity and grace. Express your willingness to make a positive change and emphasize the potential benefits that professional guidance can bring to both individuals and the relationship.

    b. Attend counseling sessions individually: If your spouse remains hesitant to attend joint sessions, consider going for individual counseling to address your struggles, gain clarity, and develop strategies for coping with the situation. Individual growth can often spur positive change within the marriage.

    c. Explore books and resources: Supplement professional counseling by reading books, listening to podcasts, or participating in online programs that focus on personal and relationship development. Share what you learn with your partner, creating opportunities for open and meaningful discussions.

    3. Prioritize Self-Care

When faced with a challenging marriage dynamic, it's important to prioritize self-care as a means of maintaining your own emotional and mental well-being. Taking care of yourself helps you approach the relationship with a calmer mindset and a renewed sense of hope.

    a. Practice self-reflection and self-awareness: Regularly take time to reflect on your own feelings and emotions. Understand your own needs, triggers, and boundaries, as well as what you are willing to work through to preserve your marriage.

    b. Engage in stress-relieving activities: Engage in activities that bring you joy, cultivate peace, and reduce stress levels. Whether it's exercise, meditation, journaling, or spending time with friends, these activities will nurture your emotional well-being and provide you with the necessary strength to navigate challenges.

    c. Set healthy boundaries: Establish and communicate healthy boundaries within the relationship. This will help protect your emotional well-being while fostering an environment for open communication and mutual respect.

    Inspiration and Hope

While it may be challenging, remember that all hope is not lost. Many couples have experienced seasons where one partner was less invested initially, only to witness remarkable transformations in the future. So understand this...

    - Change is possible: People can grow and evolve in unpredictable ways. By fostering an environment of love, acceptance, and support, your spouse may eventually undergo a positive transformation.

    - Focus on your own growth: By prioritizing your personal development, you create a ripple effect that can inspire change in your spouse. Lead by example and allow your growth to ignite the spark of transformation within your marriage.

    - Keep the lines of communication open: Continuously communicate your feelings, concerns, and hopes with your spouse. Honest and vulnerable conversations can be the catalyst for positive change.

Remember, each marriage is unique, and no situation is entirely hopeless. Hope is not lost in a day!

"Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"
