    Conservative Review with Daniel Horowitz

In Washington, politicians are full of half-truths and hot air. They do little more than grandstanding by spouting off talking points and spin. The Conservative Review with Daniel Horowitz is here to help you cut through the rhetoric and noise and explore the politically right way to think about the issues .

Why the GOP Is Losing Voters — and Why Trump Cannot Be Removed from the Equation |9|24|26 Sep 24, 2026
    Show notes

Today, I expose the uncomfortable truths that the rest of the “right-wing” media refuses to touch: The party has spent 11 years suffocating actual right-wing reformist policies. This was all done to protect one man's ego, embracing economic rot, juvenile behavior, misaligned priorities and corruption, and alienating the exact voters required to win. I explain how we cannot limit the postmortem analysis to the stupid Iran war, take Trump out of the equation, and then move onto JD Vance without recognizing both of their culpabilities in the very economic policies that have been hemorrhaging voters for quite a while. From inflation, tariffs, debt, and interest rates to foreign labor, Big Tech, data centers, government spending, and the financialization of the economy, both of them have supported the very corporatist Baby Boomer policies that alienate the young voters they claim to support. I also explain why Republicans are losing independent and low-propensity voters, why the problem goes far beyond conservative voters staying home, and why blaming everything on a single issue risks missing the larger systemic failure. We will not move on from this if we fail to recognize how we got here, Trump’s role in it, and how it was a long time in the making.

The GOP Hamster Wheel and the Lie of the 'Lesser of Two Evils' | 9/23/26 Sep 23, 2026
    Show notes

Conservatives are constantly told the same thing: Stay on the GOP hamster wheel, vote Republican, and whatever you do, don’t challenge the system — because otherwise the Democrats will win. But what if that entire argument is a false construct? I explain in great detail how we are NOT trapped in a permanent two-party choice and why the movement already has tools capable of forcing real change — including political conventions, alternative ballot lines, and strategically supporting candidates outside the traditional Republican machinery. And this isn't just theoretical. South Dakota provides a real-world example of how conventions can defeat establishment incumbents that survive Republican primaries. I also revisit the 2009 New York special election involving Doug Hoffman to show how conservative media and political organizations once had the willingness to rally behind a candidate outside the establishment Republican structure. The question isn't whether conservatives have options; it’s whether we have leaders.

Why Independent Ranchers are Forming the Most Important Political Movement |9|22|26 Sep 22, 2026
    Show notes

America’s cattle herd is shrinking while the United States becomes increasingly dependent on foreign beef — and independent ranchers are being squeezed from both sides. I’m joined by Bill Bullard, CEO of R-CALF USA and a leading advocate for independent cattle producers, to examine how America reached this point and what it would take to rebuild a sovereign, competitive domestic cattle industry. He explains exactly how the beef importations exacerbate the meat packing monopoly, while harming cattlemen without helping consumers. We also discuss why the Prime Act is so important and his effort to enforce anti-trust laws. Independent ranchers receive no government subsidies and operate in a highly manipulated market. Meanwhile, the government heavily subsidizes corn/soybeans (49% of all ag subsidies) and offers massive tax abatements for solar farms and data centers. This prices ranchers out of the land market and permanently removes grazing land from the food supply. Learn why I believe the fight of independent ranchers is the most important movement in America.

Republicans Are LOSING Red America — and They're Fighting Over the WRONG Things |9|18|26 Sep 18, 2026
    Show notes

Republicans are getting crushed even in red states, all for issues and politicians that we don’t even believe in. We are focusing on the wrong things, dying on the wrong hills, needlessly uniting behind Trump’s perfidy, and then needlessly dividing on issues we supposedly all agree on! The main reason? We’ve created a circuitous failure theater and defeat mechanism with Trump that has ensured we never accomplish our stated objectives. Why are fighting over personalities, and online factions are distracting conservatives from the underlying problems. Meanwhile, a slew of polling shows Democrats about to sweep relatively light red states, while making inroads into deeper red states. Is it perhaps good to bring in the official Democrats so we can rebuild, or will we still fail to learn our lesson?

GOP Congress & Trump Are Letting the Courts Control Immigration, Our Destiny |9|17|26 Sep 17, 2026
    Show notes

On this Constitution Day, it’s time we recognize that judicial supremacy is a legal fiction and must be confronted. Nowhere is this more evident than with immigration policy. I sit down with immigration attorney John Miano (Center for Immigration Studies) to expose how hypocritical courts and the acquiescence to their capricious decisions have stripped away America's sovereignty. John shows how pretty much every meaningful reform on immigration has been mowed down in the courts. However, the same courts that say the president cannot enforce sovereignty have also ruled against John’s clients who sued Democrat presidents for illegally expanding immigration without Congress. He explains why the judiciary has become a one-way street and a dead end for conservatives in general, and pro-sovereignty patriots, in particular. The fact that Republicans won’t lift a finger to codify a single order show why the Republican establishment secretly prefers it that way.

    Data Centers, Electricity Bills & the GOP’s 2006 Mistake |9|16|26 Sep 16, 2026
    Show notes

Today, I debunk one of the biggest lies surrounding the massive data-center takeover: the claim that hyperscale data centers will simply pay for the enormous electricity generation, transmission infrastructure, and other costs they create. The numbers tell a different story. PJM’s independent market monitor has reported that data-center load growth is a major driver of recent capacity-market conditions and higher costs, with its analysis estimating billions of dollars in additional capacity-market costs attributable to data-center demand. I prove that what is happening with the data-center grift is antithetical to a free-market technology revolution. It’s a government-supported immoral transfer of costs and resources toward Big Tech. By supporting this grift, Republicans risk repeating the political pattern of 2006–2008 by remaining closely aligned with an unpopular Republican president rather than separating themselves from policies they believe are hurting them politically and are not conservative anyway. I compare today's political environment with the final years of the George W. Bush presidency and ask a central question: How can Republicans repeat the same strategy and expect a different political result?

AI Doesn’t Need Giant Data Centers — So Why Are We Building Them? |9|15|26 Sep 15, 2026
    Show notes

Everything you’ve heard about the debate over AI and data centers is built upon a false choice. Not only do we not need a centralized cloud-based AI strategy built upon thousands of hyperscale data centers, but it is holding us back from cheaper, more efficient distributed AI technologies. I’m joined by computer scientist and AI expert Jay Valentine, VP of operations at Fractal Computing, who explains why the future of technology is distributed, localized, and edge and sovereign AI — technology that can run on existing computers and hardware while being dramatically cheaper, faster, more private, more secure, and less vulnerable to centralized points of failure. Valentine explains why AI is fundamentally a powerful pattern-recognition technology rather than the sentient superintelligence often portrayed in the media, and he demonstrates how sophisticated applications can be moved away from massive, centralized data centers and onto distributed systems. AI is NOT synonymous with ChatGPT, and if the president only understood that, he’d realize that he’s the one putting us at a disadvantage with China.

The 4 Horsemen Destroying America: China, Islamists, Globalists & Their American Enablers |9|14|26 Sep 14, 2026
    Show notes

America’s economic crisis didn’t happen by accident. I’m joined by my friend Kevin Freeman of "Economic War Room" who is out with his new book, "The Four Horsemen of the American Apocalypse." Kevin identifies four forces behind the economic and cultural crisis: communism/China, Islamism, globalist technocrats, and the American “traitors, cowards, and fools” who empower them. We focus on this fourth group, the “yellow” horse, and how it uses crony capitalism, government favors, financialization, monetary manipulation, excessive debt, inflation, monopolies, Big Tech, and government-connected corporations to distort what Americans think of as a “free market.” Kevin also lays out his solutions — including transactional gold and silver, building a parallel economy, decentralizing economic power, supporting local businesses and landowners, reducing dependence on government, and rebuilding strong families and communities.

25 Years After 9/11: Did We Let Islam Win? 9|11|26 Sep 11, 2026
    Show notes

Twenty-five years after September 11, 2001, we are forced to ask a painful question: Did Islam actually defeat us from within? On this special 25th anniversary episode, I look back at the attacks, the extraordinary heroism and unity they produced, and the terrible decisions made by America's leaders in the aftermath, which squandered the sense of common cause. Rather than shutting off Islamic immigration and shutting down the Muslim Brotherhood that harbored people like the hijackers, we tripled our immigration, and now there is a mosque on every corner. I’m joined by Krista Schild, Texas director of the RAIR Foundation and a former flight attendant, who brings a remarkable firsthand perspective from the aviation industry at the time. Krista reveals that before 9/11, she personally encountered one of the future hijackers whose behavior raised serious concerns — and she recounts hearing from other flight attendants about suspicious encounters involving passengers who would later become associated with the 9/11 attacks. She explains how flight crews were trained to recognize threats, but how political correctness and restrictions on discussing Islam affected the ability to confront those threats. Will we finally have our Flight 93 moment at the political and cultural level to reverse the tide and finish the job that the heroes of 9/11 began?

The GOP’s Art of Talking BIG While Delivering NOTHING — the $5,000 Check Scam 9|10|26 Sep 10, 2026
    Show notes

The GOP is the party of BIG TALK and NEGATIVE RESULTS. Today, I vividly show through Republicans' stupid convention how their rhetoric matches their actions. I also delve into President Donald Trump’s proposal for a $5,000 “Trump dividend,” which is literally the exact policy that created this affordability crisis to begin with. I show how this policy harms the middle class with inflation that is much greater than the size of the check people receive. The reaction of con inc. to this and the 20 or so other fiscally and socially liberal policies from Trump exposes a much bigger contradiction: These influencers don’t believe their own talking points for a minute. Which is why I also explain how this fake unity under the guise of defeating Democrats is circular, for if we continue with the Trump image and messaging, Democrats will win anyway — not only in November but also in 2028.
