    Conservative Review with Daniel Horowitz

In Washington, politicians are full of half-truths and hot air. They do little more than grandstanding by spouting off talking points and spin. The Conservative Review with Daniel Horowitz is here to help you cut through the rhetoric and noise and explore the politically right way to think about the issues .

The Hidden Political Earthquake: Are Republicans About to Lose the States That Matter Most? |10|09|26 Oct 09, 2026
    Show notes

While all eyes are glued to the top of the ticket, a quiet — but massive — political earthquake is rumbling down-ballot. Today, I sit down with Chaz Nuttycombe, the preeminent state legislative forecaster and executive director of State Navigate, to unpack a shocking trend: Republicans are bleeding critical power in the state legislatures that actually govern the country. Despite hundreds of millions of dollars pouring into campaigns, the granular polling reveals a landscape where historical conservative dominance is receding. From shifting suburbs to an unpredictable rural turnout, this is the horse-race analysis where "the rubber meets the road." Chaz warns that Republicans could lose over 400 state legislative seats and lose control of chambers in Arizona, Wisconsin, and Georgia, with some other possible surprises in the mix. State legislatures shape the laws that govern everyday life, influence congressional redistricting, and determine the balance of political power within each state. Yet these races receive only a fraction of the attention devoted to Washington.

Your Car Is a Rolling Wiretap: They’re Tracking Your Calls, Texts & Driving |10|08|26 Oct 08, 2026
    Show notes

Your car is no longer just a vehicle — it is a rolling wiretap. The moment you plug your smartphone into your dashboard, modern infotainment systems silently download your entire text history, call logs, and location data. This isn't a glitch; it’s a lucrative business model designed to sell your private life to data brokers, Big Tech, and insurance companies. I’m joined by automotive expert Lauren Fix to pull the curtain back on the hidden surveillance network operating inside and outside your vehicle, and how government mandates have made cars more expensive, lower quality, and highly invasive. Lauren also warns how Flock and Axon cameras are tracking drivers across the country, sometimes producing wildly inaccurate information that has resulted in innocent people being pulled over, arrested, and even jailed. We also cover how government policies, such as EV mandates and bright headlight regulations, have made cars so much more expensive and less enjoyable and how they have enabled subscription fees that negate consumer ownership of cars.

Trump Promised to Defang the DOJ. So Why Are the Same People Still There? |10|07|26 Oct 07, 2026
    Show notes

The promise was to expose and dismantle the weaponization of the Department of Justice. But has the DOJ actually changed? I’m joined by January 6 attorney and former DOJ lawyer Jonathan Gross for a deep dive into what happened to the promised effort to root out DOJ weaponization. Nothing has changed in terms of personnel, with many of the same bad actors who persecuted innocent Americans continuing to stay on. We also discuss the January 6 prosecutions, coerced plea agreements, overcharging, selective prosecution, the treatment of Antifa and ICE-related cases, and Gross’ lawsuit seeking accountability for people he says were harmed by DOJ weaponization. The stakes, according to Gross, go beyond January 6. The central question is whether the federal justice system has actually been reformed — or whether the same machinery remains in place for whoever controls Washington next. Sadly, it’s the latter.

How Big Tech's Data Centers Are Bleeding Main Street Dry |10|06|26 Oct 06, 2026
    Show notes

While Washington celebrates the "AI Revolution," a massive financial and infrastructural bubble is quietly being built in our back yards — and it is threatening to take the U.S. economy down with it. I’m joined by utilities expert and former Wisconsin public service commissioner Dan Eastman to expose the ugly reality behind the nationwide data center land-grab. It’s not just the fact that we don’t have the energy the companies claim they will pay for; it's a venture socialist grift that is actively crowding out everyday Americans, and Republicans are handing Democrats a massive electoral victory by blindly supporting it. We break down the data-center bubble, circular financing, utility impacts, government favoritism, AI hype, capital misallocation, and why the coming correction will be far more painful than previous bubbles, given the state of the debt, inflation, and bond markets. As always, it will be Main Street that will pay the price of both the collapse and the inflation from the bailout.

The GOP Is ALWAYS Campaigning ... and NEVER Governing |10|05|26 Oct 05, 2026
    Show notes

Today, I expose the GOP and Trump’s perpetual campaign mode — and the conservative media ecosystem that keeps rewarding politicians for talking about future victories instead of demanding results from the power they already control. And now the conservative establishment is already moving on to the next candidate, elevating JD Vance years before the next presidential election. Vance talks the talk but will never demand the GOP use its power NOW to repeal H-1B. The Right constantly says the stakes are existential. But if the stakes are really that high, shouldn’t Republicans be governing like it?

The GOP’s 'Lesser of Two Evils' Trap Is Destroying Red States |10|01|26 Oct 01, 2026
    Show notes

The "lesser of two evils" strategy isn't just failing — it's actively handing the deepest red states in America over to the political Left. While conservative media influencers and "Con Inc." obsess over national swing states and pretend to fight the establishment, they remain totally silent as Soros-backed, Big Tech-funded candidates quietly capture GOP primaries in deep-red territory. Because the conservative base is repeatedly told to vote for the "R" to avoid splitting the vote, the Left has found a cheat code: Run as a Republican. It is doing so with increasing success. I’m joined by Rebecca Bextel, a Wyoming Republican activist and donor who is running for governor on the Constitution Party ballot line because the GOP nominee is a Soros Democrat. Bextel explains the math behind her campaign and why she believes the race offers conservatives an opportunity to challenge the conventional Republican-vs.-Democrat framework without splitting the vote. Wyoming provides a useful test case for my broader thesis: If conservatives never challenge Republican candidates in primaries or, where circumstances permit, support alternative candidates in general elections, the Republican Party will continue to deteriorate while conservative voters remain locked into the same electoral choice.

They Blame Capitalism for an Economy That Isn’t Capitalist. |9|30|26 Sep 30, 2026
    Show notes

The American economy is hurtling toward a cliff, and the people steering the ship are stepping on the gas. Conservatives are getting punished by the voters for economic policies that are antithetical to what we believe. I’m joined by macroeconomist Tracy Shuchart of Ninja Trader to expose the reality of our stagflationary crisis — a debt-driven, heavily manipulated, "venture socialist" system that is masquerading as a free market and is being laughed at by the bond market. Tracy predicts that we will suffer “higher for longer” in terms of inflation and commodity prices. What happens when an economy built on debt, financialization, government intervention, and speculation gets blamed on capitalism? If the political Right continues to defend this economy as “capitalism,” conservatives risk taking ownership of a system that bears little resemblance to a genuine free market and will drive youngsters into the socialist camp.

Texas Is Turning Blue — and Weak GOP Leadership Is Why |9|29|26 Sep 29, 2026
    Show notes

Republicans have been in charge of Texas for 30 years. They have increasingly refused to use their power to actually make the state, politically and policy-wise, a red state. So now voters are threatening to paint it officially blue. I’m joined by Texas Rep. Brian Harrison (R) to examine why Republicans are struggling in a state that should be one of the strongest conservative strongholds in America. Harrison argues that weak GOP leadership, failure to deliver results, runaway government spending, property taxes, corporate welfare, data-center subsidies, and literally handing power to people like James Talarico have created an opening for Democrats to gain ground. The answer, he says, isn't simply to tell voters to fear Democrats. Republicans need to demonstrate what their control of government can actually accomplish. Harrison lays out an aggressive agenda for a Texas special session — including major property-tax relief, ending corporate welfare, addressing data centers and Flock cameras, reducing government spending, cutting gas taxes, and tackling affordability. Do Republicans, including those who feign outrage over Democrats, actually want to win or not?

Conservatives Are Getting the Worst of Both Worlds with the GOP |9|28|26 Sep 28, 2026
    Show notes

What happens when a political party takes on the liabilities of governing — but delivers few of the policy results its voters expect? We are being asked to defend Republican candidates and institutions while simultaneously watching the party subvert us on immigration, the economy, judicial power, surveillance, data centers, and other issues central to the conservative movement. I lay out an alternative approach centered on grassroots organization, targeted candidates, party-rule reform, independent candidates, conventions, and sustained issue advocacy. Simply perpetuating the status quo is not an option and will result in Democrats winning until the eye can see.

Trump, RFK Jr. & the Great Medical Freedom Betrayal |9|25|26 Sep 25, 2026
    Show notes

Despite campaign promises to clean up the health agencies, the reality on the ground is moving rapidly backwards. Dr. Robert Malone reveals how industry insiders are quietly replacing battlefield-tested medical freedom fighters at the CDC and FDA. Instead of rolling back disastrous health interventions, the government is doubling down: approving new mRNA COVID shots and pushing the first mRNA flu vaccines. This isn't accidental — it's a calculated regulatory maneuver to officially cement mRNA as a legally recognized "platform technology," guaranteeing a permanent, highly lucrative monopoly for Big Pharma giants like Pfizer and Moderna while boxing out safer alternatives. In a wide-ranging discussion, Dr. Malone and I warn how the medical freedom betrayal is emblematic of the broader political Right, whereby the very influencers who talk an issue to death actually turn around and become enforcers for the other side when the ball is in play. This creates a vicious cycle: Politicians make promises, influencers defend them and tell the base to stand down, and the promised reforms never happen — or policy moves backward. Oh, and anyone demanding accountability is accused of helping the Democrats, even as the GOP perfidy itself is what is helping the Democrats win.
