    Chiro Hustle

Chiro Hustle Podcast is a business, mindset, and marketing podcast for chiropractors who want more—from their practices, their profession, and themselves.

Hosted by James Chester and produced by Luke Millett, Chiro Hustle delivers real conversations with chiropractors, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders who are actively building successful, principled practices. This is not theory or recycled advice. It’s practical insight from people who have done the work and continue to push chiropractic forward.

Each episode explores what it actually takes to succeed in today’s chiropractic landscape—practice growth, branding, leadership, systems, patient communication, and personal development. Just as important, Chiro Hustle tackles the mindset behind success: discipline, consistency, accountability, and the willingness to stand for chiropractic without apology.

The podcast respects chiropractic’s roots while addressing modern business realities. Whether you’re straight, mixer, cash-based, insurance-based, or somewhere in between, the mission is the same: help chiropractors build influence, impact, and long-term sustainability without compromising their values.

Guests share their wins, failures, and lessons learned—openly and honestly—so listeners can avoid common pitfalls and accelerate their own growth. Students, associates, and seasoned doctors alike will find perspective, motivation, and actionable ideas they can apply immediately.

Chiro Hustle is more than a podcast. It’s a mindset and a movement—encouraging chiropractors to take ownership of their outcomes, lead with integrity, and hustle with purpose.

If you’re serious about chiropractic and committed to building a practice that reflects your values and vision, this podcast is for you.

    Welcome to Chiro Hustle.

Keeping yourself healthy by what you put in your body with Eric Nazarenko, DC – Chiro Hustle Podcast 183 Oct 01, 2020
    Show notes

Dr. Eric Nazarenko, DC, CACCP uses chiropractic care to improve the health and wellness in all areas of patient’s lives, whether they are having problems with back pain or neck pain, or just want to start feeling better when they wake up in the morning.

Dr. Nazarenko, DC, CACCP takes a “whole person” approach in chiropractic care, which means looking for the underlying causes of disease, discomfort, and pain, as opposed to just treating the symptoms. Many seemingly unrelated symptoms often arise from imbalances in the spinal column, and Dr. Nazarenko, DC, CACCP will be able to determine the root of the pain and create a personalized chiropractic and wellness plan to suit each patient’s individual needs. Under the supervision and care of our caring and skilled chiropractor, patients report higher functioning in all areas of their lives. Because of Dr. Nazarenko’s extensive training in pre- and post-doctoral studies, we see amazing results in our clinic.

Dr. Eric Nazarenko, DC, CACCP adopts a functional medicine approach to understanding health. In addition to chiropractic care, he is a leader in the area of gut health and food sensitivities. Gut health underlies many chronic diseases including autoimmunity, eczema, ADHD, and other digestive, neurological, and behavioral problems. Dr. Eric works with patients to transform their health through dietary and lifestyle change. He and his wife, Dr. Andrea Nazarenko, Ph.D., are currently writing a book to help families regain health through gut healing.

How can a guy live and understand his own $h!t? – Chiro Hustle Podcast 182 with David Coberly, DC Sep 28, 2020
    Show notes

Dr. David Coberly is the owner and one of two Chiropractors at Carmel Wellness located in Carmel, Indiana. Dr. David and the Carmel Wellness team strive to provide specific corrective and wellness-based chiropractic care to those in our community who are “sick and tired of being sick and tired.” This root-cause approach to health allows the body to function optimally and thus allows you to live life fully.

Prior to earning his Doctor of Chiropractic, Dr. David was in the Army National Guard, where he was a Radiology Specialist (68P). It was while Dr. David was at Fort Campbell, that he realized he no longer wanted to become a medical doctor.

“I would often see the same sick people, getting sicker, and only being prescribed more and more medications. That didn’t sit right with me. If I want to be a drug dealer, I would do it the right way and not pay taxes on it or go to school.”

Shortly after finishing up his time at Fort Campbell, Dr. David met his Chiropractic mentor, who told him that he was going to do something much better for humanity and become a chiropractor.

“Doc actually explained to me what true health is, and it jived with me. It got me excited and my life’s purpose was realized.”

Dr. David is married to his best friend and partner in crime, Jessica (fun fact, they met on a dating app). They have two amazing kids: 5-year-old daughter Aubrey and 3-year-old son Hunter.

When not changing and saving lives in the office, Dr. David is an avid shooter, hunter, fisherman, and hanger-outer with his family and friends.

“It is my goal to help every person I encounter live life to their fullest potential. A life not limited by pain or symptom, but optimized from the inside out. If I can help you be a better version of you, that means you are a better wife, husband, father, mother, employee, employer, etc. When you are better, you make those around you better.”

Expect Better. Be Better. Do Better.

    Live Life Optimally

Chiro Hustle Podcast 181 – Stephanie Rimka, DC Sep 24, 2020
    Show notes

Dr. Stephanie Rimka is a chiropractor and holistic brain optimization specialist focusing on addressing the root cause of mental illness, learning disorders, and chronic illness in children and adults. She graduated from Life University in 2000 and has opened several successful cash-only practices throughout the metro-Atlanta area. Although she has a typical “pain to purpose – the chiropractor saved my life” story that made her decide to heed the call to choose chiropractic, her desired client was not the typical client. When she received the Big Idea in her Chiropractor’s office, it was to positively impact the world by learning to adjust schizophrenics and drug addicts. Although this is not a group of people that most chiropractors think to serve, Dr. Rimka was working with schizophrenics in MI and has done extensive training in talk therapy and leading large Gestalt and Alderian psychology-based group courses. She wasn’t buying into the drug-approach of psychiatry and believed Chiropractic held the key to restoring healthy brain and mental health.

Dr. Rimka is active in private practice, teaching online group courses in her own E-Learning Center, leading healing group retreats, teaching CEU to chiropractors, and serves as the only non-physician voice on the Scientific Advisory Board of a $300M nutraceutical firm.

During the 2020 societal crisis, Dr. Rimka was asked by many of her colleagues for support in staying afloat financially since she already leveraged multiplication and multiple streams of income into the practice. Because she was concerned about the profession losing many incredible, vitalistic practice leaders to the overwhelm of financial loss right now, she decided to take her private coaching public to show exactly what she learned from her coaches and leaders to thrive during this time.
