    Celeste The Therapist

Shifting the way you think starts here.

Celeste the Therapist is a mental health and emotional wellness podcast created to support you in real, everyday life — not just when you’re in crisis, but as a daily practice of awareness, regulation, and intentional living.

Hosted by licensed mental health counselor Celeste Viciere, LMHC, the podcast offers grounded conversations and therapeutic insights to help you better understand yourself, your patterns, and your emotional world.

    The Daily Shift

At the heart of the podcast is The Daily Shift — a short, daily ritual designed to help you pause, regulate, and reconnect with yourself, even on your busiest days. Each episode offers one simple perspective to support emotional awareness, nervous system regulation, and small shifts that create lasting change.

You don’t need to listen perfectly.
You don’t need to listen every day.
The ritual is here when you need a moment to come back to yourself.

    Long-Form Episodes

In addition to The Daily Shift, the podcast features longer conversations exploring mental health, relationships, childhood experiences, emotional growth, and healing — all through an accessible, therapist-led lens.

This podcast is not about quick fixes or surface-level advice.
It’s about creating space, building insight, and learning how to meet yourself with honesty and compassion.

If you’re looking for a podcast that feels supportive, grounding, and human — you’re in the right place.

EP 550 Why This Time of Year Hits Different Oct 06, 2026
    Show notes

Every year around this time something shifts. You're not sad exactly. You're not sick. But something feels heavier, slower, harder to explain.

In this episode Celeste talks about why this time of year hits different — and why what you're feeling is real, biological, and not a sign that something is wrong with you.

This is the yearly reminder that seasonal depression is not weakness. Your body is responding to real environmental changes. And today we're breaking down what's actually happening and what you can do about it.

    In this episode you'll learn:

    • Why seasonal depression isn't always obvious
    • What's actually happening in your brain and body when the seasons change
    • Why you are not broken — you are biological
    • 7 practical tools to support yourself through the season shift

This episode is for you if:

    • You notice your mood, energy or motivation shift as the seasons change
    • You feel a heaviness that doesn't have an obvious reason
    • You've been pushing through instead of listening to your body
    • You're ready to support yourself instead of white knuckling through the next few months

Reflection Question: What is one thing you can do this week to support yourself as the season changes — not to fix how you feel, but to honor it?

If this episode resonated with you please subscribe, leave a review, and share it with someone who needs to hear it. 🖤

Daily Shift 199: Everything you just learned about yourself is about to change your relationships Oct 01, 2026
    Show notes

You spent months doing the internal work. The burnout. The grief. The anxiety. The people pleasing. The self worth. The identity. And now comes the part that makes all of that work real — bringing it into your relationships. In today's episode Celeste opens the relationships cluster by connecting everything the Shift Community has been through internally to what happens next externally. Because who you are changing into is about to show up differently with the people in your life. And that is not something to be afraid of. It's something to prepare for.

If you've been doing the work and starting to notice it showing up in your relationships — this series is for you.

Today's shift: Notice one way the internal work you've been doing is already showing up differently in one of your relationships — and acknowledge that as evidence of real change.

Daily Shift 198: This is who you are — and that is more than enough Sep 29, 2026
    Show notes

This is the episode that closes everything. The burnout. The grief. The anxiety. The people pleasing. The self worth. The identity. All of it has been leading here — to this moment where you stop performing, stop surviving, stop waiting, and simply stand in who you actually are. In today's episode Celeste closes out the identity series with a declaration. Not a destination. Not a finish line. A declaration. This is who I am. And that is more than enough.

If you've been on this journey through the Daily Shift and something has shifted in you — this one is your moment to claim it.

Today's shift: Say it out loud today — this is who I am. And let yourself mean every word.

If this episode resonated with you please subscribe, leave a review, and share it with someone who needs to hear it. 🖤

Daily Shift 197: You don't have to have it all figured out to start showing up as yourself Sep 24, 2026
    Show notes

One of the biggest reasons people delay becoming who they actually are is the belief that they need to have it all figured out first. The clear vision. The solid plan. The complete healed version of themselves. In today's episode Celeste challenges that belief directly — because waiting until you're fully figured out before you start showing up as yourself is just another way of staying hidden. You don't need the whole picture. You just need to take the next honest step.

If you've been waiting until you're more ready, more healed, more certain before you fully show up — this one is going to challenge that wait.

Today's shift: Show up as yourself in one moment today — not the figured out version, the real version, right now as you are.

EP 549 Are You Actually Living or Just Existing Sep 22, 2026
    Show notes

When was the last time you actually felt alive?

Not busy. Not productive. Not managing everything and everyone around you. Actually alive.

In this episode Celeste asks one of the most important questions you'll ever sit with — are you actually living your life or have you been existing so long you don't even realize it anymore?

Because there's a difference between being alive and actually living. And most of us have slipped into existing mode so gradually we didn't even notice it happening.

This isn't about grand gestures or overhauling your whole life. It's about presence, intention, and making a decision to stop putting yourself last.

    In this episode you'll learn:

    • How survival mode becomes a habit even when the crisis is over
    • What existing looks like in your everyday life
    • What it actually means to live with presence and intention
    • What's really keeping you from living fully

This episode is for you if:

    • You've been going through the motions without feeling present
    • You keep waiting for the "right time" to start living
    • You feel busy but not fulfilled
    • You're ready to stop existing and start actually living

Reflection Question: If today was your last day — not to be morbid, but to be honest — would you feel like you actually lived? And if the answer is no, what is one thing you can do differently starting today?

Daily Shift 196: Becoming yourself is not a betrayal of who you were Sep 16, 2026
    Show notes

When you start to change — really change — not everyone is going to celebrate it. Some people will feel threatened by it. Some will try to pull you back. Some will act like your growth is a rejection of them. In today's episode Celeste addresses one of the most painful parts of identity work — the moment when becoming yourself starts to feel like it's costing you something. Or someone. And why that cost, as painful as it is, is not a reason to stop.

If guilt has been showing up every time you try to grow into who you actually are, this one is going to help you keep going anyway.

Today's shift: Identify one relationship where your growth has been met with resistance — and remind yourself that their discomfort is not your responsibility to fix.

EP 548 When You Love Someone Who Hasn't Done the Work Sep 08, 2026
    Show notes

You've done the therapy. You've read the books. You've done the work. And you love this person deeply — but every time you're around them you can feel yourself being pulled back into who you used to be.

In this episode Celeste talks about one of the hardest parts of the healing journey — what happens when you love someone who hasn't done the work yet. Whether that's a partner, a parent, a sibling, or a friend — this one is for you.

This isn't about leaving. It's about understanding what's actually happening and how to love someone without losing yourself in the process.

    In this episode you'll learn:

    • What "not doing the work" actually looks like in the people you love

    • What loving an unhealed person does to your nervous system and your growth

    • How to love someone without absorbing their unhealed places

    • What boundaries look like in this specific dynamic

This episode is for you if:

    • You feel yourself shrinking back into old patterns around someone you love

    • You feel responsible for managing someone else's emotions

    • You're grieving a relationship while you're still in it

    • You're trying to figure out how to hold your growth and your love at the same time

Reflection Question: Where in your relationship are you shrinking your growth to make someone else comfortable — and what would it look like to hold both your love for them and your commitment to yourself at the same time?

Daily Shift 194: You are allowed to change who you've been Sep 03, 2026
    Show notes

One of the quietest fears people carry is the fear that changing means betraying. Betraying who they've always been. Betraying the people who knew them a certain way. Betraying the version of themselves they've worked so hard to maintain. In today's episode Celeste gives direct permission to change — not as an act of betrayal but as an act of profound self honesty. Who you've been got you here. It doesn't have to take you the rest of the way.

If the fear of changing who you've been has been keeping you stuck, this one is going to loosen something.

Today's shift: Name one thing about who you've been that you are ready to leave behind — and give yourself permission to do it today.
