Your #1 Mission as a Catholic Mom: Interior Peace Jan 30, 2026
    Show notes

What if the most important goal you could set as a Catholic mom isn't productivity, patience, or perfection — but interior peace? We only get one motherhood. One season with these kids. One life to live inside our homes. And yet so many moms are measuring success by how much they got done today instead of how they felt living it. In this episode, I share what I believe should be the mission of every Catholic mom — and it might surprise you. We talk about: * Why productivity and patience are the wrong measuring sticks * What interior peace actually looks like in daily motherhood * How to make peace your North Star (even on hard days) * Why this one shift changes your parenting, your marriage, and your prayer life If you liked this episode, you'll also enjoy:

God Gives You No Grace for Imaginary Problems Jan 28, 2026
    Show notes

Are you exhausted from worrying about things that haven't even happened yet?

You lie awake at night running through worst-case scenarios. You plan for disasters that may never come. You carry the emotional weight of problems that don't even exist yet — and wonder why you're so tired all the time.

In this episode, I share one of the most life-changing truths the Lord has taught me: God gives us grace for the problems He asks us to carry — but He gives us no grace for imaginary ones.

We talk about: * Why your brain loves to create problems that don't exist * The difference between planning and spiraling * How to recognize when you're borrowing tomorrow's trouble * A prayer practice for releasing imaginary burdens to God

Real Mom Life: Teens, Homeschool, and Winter Routines Jan 27, 2026
    Show notes

I'm pulling back the curtain today and sharing what real mom life actually looks like for us right now — in the middle of winter, in the middle of the school year, in the middle of everything.

Sometimes the most encouraging thing is just knowing you're not the only one figuring it out as you go.

In this episode, I share a peek behind the scenes of our Catholic family life right now.

We talk about: * Teen life and having a daughter who's about to start driving * How ski season shapes our family rhythm (and our budget) * What homeschool actually looks like day-to-day this winter * My current favorite things — including a Cookies and Cream equip I'm obsessed with

Why You're Worrying About Things God Never Gave You Jan 27, 2026
    Show notes

Are you constantly worried — even about things you can't actually control?

You're carrying the emotional weight of your kids' futures, your marriage, your finances, the decisions you haven't even had to make yet. And you wonder why you feel so heavy all the time.

In this episode, I share a simple but powerful analogy I gave a client that completely changed how she thought about stress, responsibility, and interior peace.

We talk about: * Why Catholic moms often carry weight God never asked them to hold * A powerful analogy for understanding what's yours vs. what's His * How to practically hand things back to God (not just say you're going to) * The freedom that comes when you stop worrying about things that aren't yours

Stop Being So Mean to Yourself: You're a Good Mom Jan 27, 2026
    Show notes

Most moms are walking around all day with a quiet — or not-so-quiet — thought running in the background: I'm a bad mom.

You replay the moment you yelled. You fixate on the thing you forgot. You scroll through other moms' lives and assume they have it all figured out. And the voice in your head gets meaner and meaner.

In this episode, I gently but firmly challenge that inner critic — because mama, you would never talk to a friend the way you talk to yourself.

We talk about: * Why your inner critic is so loud (and where it actually comes from) * The difference between healthy conviction and destructive self-talk * How to replace harsh thoughts with truth — not toxic positivity * What Christ actually says about you as a mother

2 Keys to Interior Peace Every Catholic Mom Needs Jan 21, 2026
    Show notes

What if finding peace as a Catholic mom came down to just two things?

Not a complicated spiritual formula. Not a 12-step program. Not waking up at 4 AM to pray before the kids get up (though if that works for you, great). Just two keys.

In this episode, I break down the two essential keys to interior peace that I teach my coaching clients — and that have changed hundreds of Catholic moms' daily experience of motherhood.

We talk about: * The first key to peace (and why most moms skip it entirely) * The second key that makes the first one stick * Why these two things work even in the most chaotic seasons * How to start implementing them today — not next month

Even when life feels uncertain. Even when finances feel tight. Even when motherhood feels like more than you can handle. God is providing for you in ways you may not be able to see yet.

Invite Someone to Christmas Mass: A Simple How-To Dec 24, 2025
    Show notes

Christmas is the perfect time to invite someone you love to Mass — but it can feel awkward, scary, or like you're overstepping.

Maybe it's a family member who stopped going. Maybe it's a friend who's been curious. Maybe it's your spouse who doesn't usually come. Whatever the situation, this episode makes it simple.

In this episode, I walk you through exactly how to extend the invitation — naturally and without pressure.

We talk about: * Why Christmas Mass is the easiest invitation you'll ever make * What to say (and what not to say) when you ask * How to handle a "no" with grace and zero awkwardness * Why sharing your faith this Christmas might be the best gift you give

What if this Christmas, you decided ahead of time that you wouldn't be disappointed?

Not because everything will go perfectly — it won't. But because you chose peace over perfection before the first present was opened. Before the in-laws arrived. Before the kids melted down at Mass.

In this episode, I teach you how to manage your holiday expectations so you can actually enjoy Christmas this year.

We talk about: * The real reason Christmas is so disappointing for moms (it's not what you think) * How to decide ahead of time what kind of Christmas you want * Managing expectations around gifts, family, and traditions * Letting God fill the gaps where your plans fall short

Simple Joys: A Chocolate Cake Lesson in Motherhood Dec 04, 2025
    Show notes

Sometimes the most profound lessons come from the simplest moments.

A chocolate cake. A Tuesday afternoon. Nothing fancy, nothing Instagram-worthy. Just a moment that reminded me of something I keep forgetting: the small things are never really small.

In this episode, I share a story about a simple chocolate cake — and what it taught me about slowing down, savoring the present, and finding God in the ordinary.

We talk about: * Why we miss the best parts of motherhood when we're rushing * How to notice the sacred in the everyday (without adding anything to your plate) * The connection between simplicity and peace * A challenge to slow down this week and pay attention
