    Mechelle Lewis Freeman

    A Maryland native, Mechelle Lewis Freeman is a graduate of the University of South Carolina where she obtained both her Bachelors and Master Degrees in Mass Communications. She was a member of the 2002 Women’s Outdoor Track & Field team who brought the first National Championship in any sport to the university. Mechelle is a Track & Field 2007 Pan American Double Silver Medalist, 2007 World Champion, and 2008 Olympian. Her events included the 100 meters and the 4×100 meter relay. She currently coaches sprints and relays for the Wayzata High School Girls Track Team and is the Assistant Relays Coach for USA Track & Field’s National Teams. Off the track, Mechelle turns her focus to TrackGirlz, her company she founded to empower women and girls through track and field inspired apparel, camps, and fitness events. As a marketing professional, she has managed global brands including Coca-Cola, IBM, and the Xerox. Mechelle is passionate about sharing her personal journey to inspire others. She currently lives in Maple Grove, Minnesota with her husband, David, and two children, Bayne and Harley.

    Kara Goucher

    Kara was a 3-time NCAA champion at the University of Colorado, where she graduated in 2001. She won a silver medal in the 10,000m at the 2007 World Championships in Osaka. She competed in the Beijing 2008 Summer Olympics 10,000m final where she placed 10th, and the 5000m where she placed 9th. Kara made her marathon debut at the ING New York City Marathon in 2008. She finished in third place, becoming the first American on the podium since 1994. In 2012, Kara won the USA Half Marathon Championships and competed in the London Olympics in the Marathon, placing 11th. Kara lives and trains in Boulder, Colorado with her husband (Adam) and son (Colt). She is sponsored by Oiselle and Skechers.

    Molly Seidel

    Molly grew up in Lakeland, WI where she attended University Lake School. While in high school, Molly was the recipient of numerous national titles including the Gatorade National Female Cross Country Runner of the Year and the winner of the 2011 Footlocker National Cross Country Championships. She won 12 state titles in cross country and track. Molly was invited to the Bupa Great Edinburgh International Challenge in Scotland where she placed third in the 4K and was the first USA high school finisher. Molly graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2016, where she was a 4-time NCAA Champion. She made her professional debut at the 2017 USATF Road 5k Championships Abbott Dash to the Finishline 5k, finishing second. Molly qualified to represent Team USA at the 2018 Great Edinburgh International Cross Country in Scotland where she led the team to 3rd place by finishing third in the 6 km. In 2018, Molly placed 2nd place at the 2018 USA Cross Country Championships. Molly trains in Flagstaff, AZ and is sponsored by Saucony.
