However, like anything else, there is an origin story. This week we learn about the life and times of Harry Price. The world’s first celebrity ghost hunter. Bob reads the story in first person, as if he is Harry Price. These details talk about the man whom would be the most interesting figure in the paranormal history. Alright, let us say you live in York County Pennsylvania in a place called Hellam. In said place, there is an old legend of a pathway that leads to Seven Gates, that if entered in the correct path, could lead you to Hell itself. This is our third and final part of our Gateways to Hell Series. This week, Bob talks about the Hellam Gates and the strange stories that surround them. Hear what Bob thinks may be lurking in the countryside, and find out what Bob thinks of the portals themselves. Taking a tour of the location shows that it is not a typical haunted location. You may have just stepped into a portal to Hell. Nearly every city in America has some part of it that has a haunting past. Whether it be the creepy house in the neighborhood or the old church, everyone told of their legends on the schoolyard. We discuss what happens when those hauntings become a bit scarier and which of these locations have a darker turn. Maybe some of them have a Gate to Hell. This week Bob and a surprise guest Patrick Harrington from Ghostly Podcast talk about some of these paranormal spots that supposedly have a Hellish portal in them. In this episode, Bob was able to get an interview with someone that actually investigated a location. James Beaulieu with the Gen and James Podcast Experience shares his story in a transcribed interview. One of the highlights to this episode is the Spider Gate Cemetery in Leicester, Massachusetts. A place with, get this, a haunted tree!

This week on Bob After Dark, our hosts dive into a topic that preys upon a fear a lot of us have, be caught off guard. Whether you hear a knock on your door, or maybe your car window, sometimes you may fear what you are going to see. In this case, you look to see a couple of kids. They are persistent in asking you for a favor. However, when you notice that their eyes are missing and replaced with black spheres, you come up with a reason to leave the situation. These kids become persistent in letting them in until they go away. You just got paid a visit by the Black-Eyed Children. Join us this week as we talk about a couple of eerie encounters. This story was made famous by one, Brian Bethel, a Texas reporter who claims he saw them in Abilene, Texas. Joining us this week is Pat from Ghostly Podcast.

This is a classic ghost story trope known as The Vanishing Hitchhiker. This week, Bob is joined by Pat from Ghostly Podcast and looks at three if these tales that take place all over the world. We ask if these stories are just stories or if there is some truth behind them. We discuss, briefly, several stories from around the world, including one of America’s most famous ghost stories…Resurrection Mary.

No studio, No problem. The pandemic is rearing its ugly head, and causing mass issues around the world. We intend to keep moving forward, though! You all deserve to be entertained. Bob may be displaced for a moment, but not one to give up, we are bringing you a special episode this week. As featured on a live recording with Ghostly Podcast, the two teams join up to talk about The Old Chicago Cemetery and other strange happenings around the Lincoln Park Zoo. We are not talking about ghost giraffes either. Real ghost sightings! In a bathroom no less. The two teams are joined by Jack Blu, a local paranormal historian. This was recorded live at Podcast Central at C2E2 this year, and needless to say, it was a huge success.

The show must go on. Even though Bob has had to move his recording space, for the time being, it does not mean that he is done with his episodes. The great podcasters over at Ghostly have let Bob in, and he was ready to go. With the Count and Anthony out dealing with the pandemic, Bob found a new co-host. Pat from Ghostly has joined him. This week, continuing Fae Lore Month, the boys talk about The Tooth Fairy. Her strange origin story, and the background you may not know. The Tooth Fairy's lore can date back to early France and Spain, where children believed a small mouse would come and remove teeth from their mouth in exchange for a small token. We also look at the occult aspects of teeth. How Magik users look at the metaphysical significances behind tooth loss.
