We need to find a self development routine that does not take up all the time you can be doing Income producing activity but also realize that our self development is correlated to our success for sure.

remember that self development is the best but should not take up the whole day and take away from income producing activities

Then also when working out do your listening.
Then throughout day set some timers for the things you need.

If you are representing a Company, you are NOT the company, you are YOU- your brand.... So what do you want to say? You want to attract people to YOU, so they trust you and want to learn more about your business. You must be relatable! But also consistant on what you are putting out there.

Most likely there are 2 types of people- One who has So much to talk about... and someone else who is things.... What do I talk about.Either person Can have success. We will break it down. We just did this training inside our personals business, and can train on this topic for you and your team too. Just ask us.Who are you? How do you show up? When someone looks at your social media do they know who you are?? What thought the worksheet.People want to work with people who they Like, they know who you are.

Step 1: Ask yourself : Who are you? What are the things that come natural to you? How are you showing up on Social media?Who are you speaking to?

Step 2: Brainstorm: What are your buckets? 1 should be Branding YOU-1 should be Branding the products you represent, 1 Should be compensation plan, you business.Have 3-4 "Themes"

Step 3: Now that you have your 3-4 themes, What are the specifics under these?

As we reflected and stopped to listen, read the reviews, and look at our own goals we realized you were asking for more about how to build, grow, and be a business owner in network marekting.

We do love sharing our mom tips, faith tips, etc so please tell us what you are struggling with so we can sprinkle those in too.
As we made these decisions we realized that to should be shared.

1. How do we make a pivot and why?
2. How to make a final plan and decision based on facts.
3. How to implement.

Today we will walk through those.
1. How to pivot and why: Stop and reflect on what is working and what is not.
What are you getting the most likes/interactions/polls answered about? What are people asking you about the most?
Share Kellie how this happened for you for your buckets? By the way tune in next week where Kellie breaks this down.
For BMB For example we had many asking and answering polls about business but not as much about faith, family, or even social media anymore.
So that is when you pivot. What does your audience want more of?

How do make a plan
STOP and write down 10 things you see in 20 years for your business, family, and life.
Where will you be? How much will you be making? What does freedom look like? What will your business look like? What will your family life look like? What will your bank account look like?

Then do same thing for 10 years down road
Then do for 5 years
Then do for 2 years
Now you can see what do I need to do this next year to achieve that goal in 2 years and 5 years and 10 and 20 years?
3.Then make actionable steps to get there.
How to implement.
How can what I do this next year help my 2, 5, 10 , and 20 year goal? What do I need to do more of ? Less of? what do I need to learn and do?
How can you work with us to achieve that?
