In this edition of the Big Me Kickoff, we look back at our mock draft and grade our picks versus the actual picks from Thursday night. It was a wild night with trades, surprises and so much more as a pair of big-time receivers found themselves moving while six first-year receivers had their names called.
That list includes the likes of Garrett Wilson, Chris Olave and Jameson Williams, who all went back-to-back-to-back. Are those good fits for each of those players? Should Ohio State fans continue to claim Jameson as a Buckeye and if so, does that work both ways?

This week we rolled out our only 2022 NFL Mock Draft of the season and we are going to stick with it. We only went one round because anything beyond that is just guessing, but then again, is that not the purpose of a mock draft in the first place because we can assure you most teams don't really know what they are doing at this point of the game.

The West Is Not Best Apr 15, 2022

game, we are focusing on something entirely different.
This upcoming season will mark the 12th year of the Big Ten Championship Game in football and will be the ninth year of the current configuration of East versus West after three years of Leaders versus Legends.
It has been extremely one-sided since moving to a more geographical system with the East holding a perfect record of 8-0, Ohio State winning five titles during that run with Michigan State, Penn State and Michigan filling out the other wins by the B1G East.
As talks of College Football Playoff expansion are off-and-on, there has been talk about the importance of the championship game in the first place and if the game were to remain, potentially doing away with divisions all together and just having the top-two seeds meet in the championship game, even if that meant a rematch of say… Ohio State and Michigan.
Is the Big Ten West just worthy of a participation trophy when it comes to the B1GCG or is that too much of an East-centric view of things?
We bring in Jeffrey the Greek from the EyesOnB1G podcast to get his views on this matter. We mixed it up with him on social media a week ago and agreed that this issue needed to go to one podcast or the other to try and settle it.

Why the Big Ten title is not out of the question Feb 25, 2022

We are back with the Big Me Kickoff and while there is not much kicking in basketball, we are heading to the hardwoods to talk about Ohio State’s stretch drive in the Big Ten regular season. Ohio State finds itself only one game back in the loss column with four games left to go, four games that all should be winnable.
But then again, nothing has really been easy in the Big Ten this year, for any team as the Buckeyes will have to play those four games over the span of seven days.
What do the Buckeyes have left, why is winning at least three of the next four so important and could a Big Ten title be in the cards? It is not as far off as you may think.
Plus, what is with these social media rants that we have seen about how some Ohio State fans feel about Chris Holtmann’s job performance? We know we won’t change anyone’s minds, but I give my two cents about some pretty irrational comments that I have seen over the course of the season.
We don’t do it often but when warranted we will do a full basketball show and that is the case here, so don’t miss out and join us here on the Big Me Kickoff as Championship Week is almost here.
