Show notes

The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip Two has seen the return of some of our favs - Vicki, Tamra, Phaedra, Brandi, Jill, Dorinda, Eva and Taylor - many of which have been doing what they do best, causing drama and making headlines. Vicki Gunvalson seems to be fighting with everyone who is anyone now that she is back on our small screens - Teddi Mellencamp, Brandi Glanville, Steve Lodge and that is just the beginning. Tamra has inserted herself in it all, both on and off screen, but hey, it is now her job to do so. No shade, no shade. Jill Zarin is busy running into Bethenny Frankel on planes and capturing it all on IG for our delight. Speaking of Jill Zarin, we chat the RHONY reboot and OG show sharing new info we have been privy to. Finally, we deep dive into RHOBH with updates on Diana Jenkins, everyone’s seemingly new fav topic, EJ and all the rest of our fav diamond holders.

TAYLOR ARMSTRONG (on RHOBH, Russell, The Domestic Abuse, Lisa Vanderpump & OG Cast!) - I Jul 11, 2022

Show notes

In a very rare Podcast appearance, Taylor Armstrong steps Behind The Rope. Who can believe it’s been eleven years since Taylor first appeared on the freshman season of the currently highest rated Housewives franchise, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Feeling nostalgic, Taylor takes a trip down memory lane during her tenure on RHOBH with cast mates Lisa Vanderpump, Kyle and Kim Richards, Adrienne Maloof and Camille Donatacci Grammer (now Meyer). The ORIGINAL Dinner Party from hell - Allison DuBois, Faye Resnick & one epic e cigarette pen, what could go wrong?, a $50,000 Birthday soirée for a four year old, one epic stretch limo fight between two sisters that ended with the “a” word being thrown around and early accusations of LVP leaking stories to the press before that was “a thing”, we cover it all. On a more serious note, we chat with Taylor about the domestic abuse she endured from her husband at the time, Russel Armstrong, through most of her marriage and while filming RHOBH. We dive deep into topics such as why join RHOBH with this hidden secret, the difficulties of filming trying to hide this from the cast, how did she convince Russel to “let” her join RHOBH, did the show make the abuse worse, who from diamond holders did she confide in, and finally, did RHOBH, in effect, save her life? Taylor opens up about the full range of emotions expressed after she found then husband Russel Armstrong hanging in his LA home and resulting legal battles she faced as result of inheriting his several million dollar debt. Taylor reflects on how lucky she is to be here today. On a lighter note, Taylor became part of a viral cat meme a few years back, you know the one, which we dissect. Of course we chat about the storyline and casting high points and mistakes of RHOBH throughout the years, whether the current cast is “right” or needs to be changed, the presence of actresses as Housewives, the realness of the show present day, Erika Jayne’s current legal woes, her recent WWHL appearance, her daughter Kennedy who is now 15, would she would ever return to RHOBH and, if so, what type of Housewife would she be now that she is happily married and not suffering at the hand of domestic abuse.

***If you or a loved one are a victim of domestic violence, contact the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-7233 for confidential assistance from trained advocates.

CLAUDIA JORDAN (on Celebrity Apprentice, Lisa Rinna, "The Donald", Omarosa and Much More!) - Part I Jul 08, 2022

Show notes

Claudia Jordan steps Behind The Rope and she DOES - NOT - HOLD - BACK! THE Claudia Jordan from The Real Housewives of Atlanta. First things first, let’s not forget Claudia’s entire career before joining the highest rated of all the Housewives' franchises, RHOA. Claudia placed in the Top Ten in the Miss USA Competition. She was also once a “Price Is Right” and “Deal or No Deal" Girl. It was “Deal or No Deal” where she first met our current President, Mr. Trump. It was on “Deal or No Deal” that she was first approached to do Celebrity Apprentice. A year, and many meetings with Donald Trump and Mark Burnett, later, she found herself a contestant on the hit NBC show. Claudia shares all the drama both on, as well as off set with not only The Trumps Donald, Ivanka, Don. Jr and Eric, but also with fellow contestants Joan and Melissa Rivers, Dennis Rodman, and last, but certainly not least, Khloe Kardashian. Several years later, Claudia was invited back for Celebrity Apprentice “All Stars” and is happy to discuss her co-stars this second time around, LaToya Jackson, Omarosa (the two have since had a falling out. Do tell. Claudia does), and our favorite RHOBH pot stirrer, Lisa Rinna. We discuss the behind the scenes inner workings of a reality show like Celebrity Apprentice, what is real versus scripted for TV, how Trump really chose who to “fire”, how hard were the tasks, and what skills were vital to survive the boardroom. Finally, Claudia, recounts her many many inappropriate interactions with President Trump throughout the years and how she reacted when she was invited for a “ride" on his private jet. Tune in for Part I of this no holds bar sit down with the one and only, Miss Claudia Jordan.

Erika Jayne's $2.2M Tax Bill, Denise Richards & Daughter Join Only Fans, Vicki Gunvalson's New Man & Tamra's Housewives' Future! Jul 07, 2022

Show notes

Erika Jayne seems to have quite a bit going on lately. With a $2.2 Million Dollar Tax Bill, claims she cannot pay, earnings being possessed and a glam squad as seen on RHOBH, we figured it was time for another deep dive on EJ and to dissect what really went down between Mr. and Mrs. Girardi. In other RHOBH news, Denise and Charlie' daughter joins Only Fans to mixed emotions within the Sheen household to which Denise follows suit. If only Denise were still a Diamond Holder and cameras were rolling. Diana Jenkins knows the Kardashians and, well, seems to have a lot else going on as well. In other West Coast Housewives news, Vicki Gunvalson has a new man who we hope is filling her love tank, Tamra seems to be in the thick of it with Miss Dubrow and Andy Cohen claims she cannot return to RHOC all because she now talks about Housewives for a living. All this and we are only getting started.
