    • The Global box office reached $33.9B - up 31% from the prior year, however down 15% on the 3-year average (2017-2019).
    • Wonka continues to stay atop the box office with a global total of $466M.
    • Night Swim debuted to an $18M worldwide total.
    • Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom gained $10.6M domestically, passing the $100M mark at the domestic box office.
    • Migration reached over $150M worldwide after three weeks.
    • Anyone But You reached a domestic cume of $44M, and $15M worldwide total.

    • Wonka debuted $39M domestic, opened in 40 more intl for intl $53.6M, weekend total 92.6M global cume $153M.
    • The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes passed the $300M mark globally this past weekend, adding another $5.8M domestically.
    • The Boy and the Heron dropped 60% in its second weekend with $5.8M domestically.
    • Godzilla Minus One grossed a further $4.9M domestically.
    • And Trolls Band Together grossed $4M domestically, with its domestic cumulative total now nearly $90M.

    • Wonka debuted internationally with $43.2M from 37 territories, of which it was #1 in the box office for 32 territories.
    • The Boy and the Heron debuted at #1 for the domestic box office with $13M from 2,200 screens.
    • The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes maintained second position at the domestic box office with $9.4M added domestically, bringing its domestic total to $136M and worldwide total to $265M.
    • Godzilla Minus One dropped only 27% taking $8.3M domestically, bringing its domestic gross to $25M.
    • Trolls Band Together brought in $6.2M for a drop of only 20%.
    • Wish rounded out the top five with $5.3M, dropping 31% from the previous weekend.

    Another concert film has saved what is usually a difficult week of the year at the box office. Renaissance: a film by Beyoncé achieved the best opening December weekend domestic box office since 2003’s The Last Samurai.     • Renaissance: a film by Beyoncé topped the box office in its debut with $21M from 2,539 screens.
    • The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes dropped to second position at the domestic box office with $14.5M added domestically, bringing its worldwide total to $243.9M.
    • Godzilla Minus One opened to $11M domestically and a further $23M internationally for a worldwide total of $34M.
    • Trolls Band Together grossed a further $7.6M domestically and sits at a $160.6M worldwide total.
    • Wish saw an addition of $7.4M domestically in its second week, down 62% from its first week. Its worldwide total now sits at $81.6M.

    • The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes remained at the top of the domestic box office with a modest drop of 35%, grossing $42M over the 5-day period.
    • Napoleon debuted to $32.5M in the domestic market and $46M from 56 international markets, for a global total of $79M.
    • Wish debuted third in the domestic box office with $32M, with a further $17.3M internationally for a worldwide total of $49M.
    • Trolls Band Together grossed a further $17.5M over the 3-day period.
    • Thanksgiving had a very small drop of 29%, grossing another $7.3M domestically, bringing its total in the US market to $24M.

    • Trolls Band Together debuted to $30.6M in the domestic market, while it grossed $76.8M internationally for a worldwide weekend of $108.5M.
    • Thanksgiving grossed $10.3M domestically and a further $2.5M internationally for a worldwide total of $12.7M.
    • The Marvels fell 78% in the domestic box office, taking $10.2M. Internationally it’s cumulative total stands at $96M, with its worldwide total to date $160M.
