In Episode 170, Ben sits down with behavior analyst Danni Reid, his guest from the first episode of the Behaviour Speak Podcast who in 2020 shared her experience of being the only Black behavior analyst in British Columbia. Danni, Juliet, and Mish reflect on their experiences with racial inequality in Canada and how things have changed (and haven't changed) over the past four years.
