2020 NFL Draft Recap Apr 26, 2020

Show notes

A long, fun, exhilarating, and exhausting weekend is finally over. The NFL Draft brought a much needed reprieve from all that's going on in the world, and by many measures, the Ravens did a very good job of strengthening their team through it, which they typically are able to do. Here to recap all of it for you are Jake, Vas, and Spencer who have been plugged into the draft and nothing but the draft since Thursday. In this deep dive, they give you their thoughts on Day 3 for the first time, looking at players such as Ben Bredeson, James Proche, and the rest of the haul from Saturday. Outside of that, the guys riff on what else they saw go down throughout the draft, whether Ravens related or not, and look forward to what promises to be an interesting latter half of the offseason due to all that's currently happening in the world. We hope you guys enjoyed the draft, enjoyed the show, and are staying safe and healthy!

Pick Analysis: Devin Duvernay, Malik Harrison, Tyre Phillips Apr 25, 2020

Show notes

The guys are here to round out the night with their pick analysis, starting with wide receiver Devin Duvernay out of Texas. The Ravens then double dipped at linebacker to go and grab Malik Harrison from Ohio State, which the boys see as a potential steal of the draft. They closed things out with a bit of a head scratcher in Tyre Phillips, guard out of Mississippi State, which they try to muster some takes on as well. We hope you guys enjoy the analysis, and will be back for some more of it on day 3!

Patrick Mekari Apr 22, 2020

Show notes

The boys are back for the second day in a row in what promises to be an absolute content bonanza during draft week. Today's episode is very special for a couple of reasons: the first is that Lamar Jackson's press availability over Zoom was a total delight, and was something the guys dove deep into for the first segment. The second, is that the boys have a tremendous interview for you all today! They're lucky enough to be joined with ravens Guard/Center Patrick Mekari (18:44) for a great conversation. Topics include his upbringing in Southern California, his time in college at Cal Berkeley, his story of coming to the ravens and eventually taking over as a starter, and much, much more. We sincerely hope you all enjoy this one, and continue to stay tuned during this jam packed draft week!
