Let's get into the first Q&A segment with us! Liz starts us out with a hilarious story about a girl from her husband's past and how Liz is the ultimate internet FBI agent. We had SO many great questions sent in, so thank you for submitting! We hit on: at what age do we stop bathing boy & girl children together; how often you should check in on your friends on maternity leave; how the three of us met; advice for our single girlies; how we keep a healthy lifestyle; transitioning to multiples, and what we think is the hardest. Laura vents about the rut she’s currently in with her husband, and how we all get out of those funks. We also get specific on how the three of us set boundaries with each other, and break the silence on the pressure people get when people ask when they’re going to start a family. But wait, who took a pregnancy test?! Who wants more kids, and who’s totally done?!

Episode 12: Thrive or Survive? The Fourth Trimester Aug 23, 2023

Today we start off with some fun details on Liz's sister Kelly's bridal shower, and then we get into talking about the self care we’ve been doing lately! We've all been going to H2T in Franklin, MA to see our girl Kelsey, for all things like facials, laser, lip fillers! After that, we get into the topic for the day - the 4th trimester! The one that a lot of moms forget and don’t talk enough about. We talk all about the good and bad that we learned along the way, and share some helpful tips to help you better survive this often forgot about, last trimester. We share our coming home stories and setting boundaries when getting unsolicited parenting advice. We discuss knowing our bodies, when we should start working out post delivery; when that it’s okay to say no to a social invitation or family holiday. At the end of the day, mom knows best, and that first girls night out really does heal the soul!

Episode 11: Labor, delivery & what's in our hospital bags Aug 16, 2023

So we know you've heard one of Laura's birth stories, but today we get into all the details of Liz & Libby's (and also Laura's!) birth stories. Liz tells us the story about how her water broke & her experience with delivering her first son, JJ. Libby compares her experiences of having both a vaginal (with a little help from a vacuum) and a c-section. Laura thought she had food poisoning but really it’s just her body getting ready for delivery. The three of us all had such different experiences and we share them with you so that you can prepare yourself for one of the best days of your life. We talk about the hospital bag must haves, the pump, the beginning stages of breastfeeding and the ever so lovely lactation consultants.

This episode starts off with an epic story from Laura (& how her husband found out her breastmilk tasted like cereal, ha!), and some good laughs at ourselves for jinxing the kids’ good sleeping habits. Liz talks about the "hair flip" advice she got from a nutritionist and how she gets back on track with a detox routine she swears by.
We then dive into the topic of this episode, which is all the rules society gives us, and when we see fit for exceptions. The “rules” relate to relationships, finances, kids, nutrition, etc. For some reason we can't stop laughing this episode... so we hope you enjoy listening as much as we enjoyed recording it!

We talk about Laura and Liz's daughters recent birthdays (Adri, 4 and Kiki, 5) and all the details of their celebrations. We dive into our selfcare, from botox to emsculpt, some of our favorite products, and everything in between. Libby was diagnosed with Crohns & colitis just weeks before her wedding, and she discusses how she navigates and controls her symptoms. We also discuss the reality of your life changing with babies, but how becoming a mother is the BEST chapter of your life which was probably our favorite conversation of the episode.
